Went in for an eye appointment with Dr. Melissa Vass along with my spouse. Amazing Service. Optometrist was professional, caring, and thorough. She walked us through the complete health of our eyes. Also the assistants were great. Excellent service, highly recommend Dr. Vass and her team.

I saw Dr. Noah Ploskar for an eye exam and he was super friendly, and professional. He took the time to explain the images of my eyes, and I really appreciated how he pointed things out and spoke with me. The Icing on the cake was getting to meet Ruth in the front and trying on different pairs of glasses. She was amazing - super friendly, and great at making you feel welcome and feeling good in my new pair of glasses. I can't express my gratitude enough. If I could I would give 10 stars out of 5. Thanks to the team at FYI doctors.

I’ve been coming to this location for years. This week I saw Dr. Yea who is always friendly and knowledgeable. Explaining everything to me. She’s very professional, kind and caring. The rest of the staff are also super friendly and helpful. Dana helped me order and fit the glasses I wanted this week. She really knows her stuff and made my experience speedy when I was in a time crunch. My lenses were in stock in store and my glasses were ready the next day for pick up. They are also wiping everything between customers and you really see how they take keeping the environment clean and safe for everyone.

Do not go here... My reading started going down hill almost immediately after receiving my glasses. This weekend I found a trade mark ON MY LENSES, Both sides!? This will ruin your eye sight. Particularly your reading ability.

Terrible service. They over complicate things. Waiting to get glasses adjusted and I have to “wait in a queue”’!!!. The least you can do is tell me how long of a wait so I’m not sitting for 45 minutes!!! People standing around and then they tell me to wait in the queue.

Sorry the review is for Regina Downtown Location The only star is due to the fact that my DR was Great. First, i received 2 messages and call that my appointment was on XXth march @ 3 pm, but when i reached at the office i had to wait exactly 1 hour 1 min to see the doctor. if you are so punctual why didn't you informed me that doctor was running late and i can arrive after 2 hours. In addition staff was so rude ... and wasn't concerned at all. Furthermore, male staff member approached and asked if i touched few frames. He was confronted by another staff that those frames were handled by her. During my visit they had 6 six staff members who were sitting and laughing ..... This guy was only interested to serve beautiful ladies..... Moreover, I felt the high rudeness due to diversity, i felt that being a person of color they did not like me. I would not recommend this place until and unless its urgent. You will be wasting your money. In the end i asked the staff member to print me my previous year eye examination result. The body expressions and tone she displayed seems like i have asked her to run 30km marathon. Highly disappointed @ fyi doctors this time ...... if they are charging us $100 per visit, one should look for better options

Me and my husband visited FYI for the first time . Dr Kristen Fink was such a great help and so accommodating! Emmalyn also was such the sweetest helping us with our prescription glasses. Such a lovely tandem to help Fyi Customer. Great job!!!

Very nice looking facility. Dr. Plosker, and staff were very pleasant to deal with. I moved from Ontario, and this was my first eye exam with a new doctor. I was not disappointed, and will definitely go back. I got contacts, so I can't comment in regards to purchasing glasses from here, but the contacts he recommended feel great.

Dr. Hunter has been great; my wife has gone to him for years and always treats both of us great. The front receptionists have always been friendly; sometimes to the point but only because they are very busy. Nadine is a dream to work with when it comes to frames. She was extremely patient with me as this is my first set of progressives and was very helpful. They even re-tested my eyes when my first set didn't seem right (for free) and made the adjustments needed. She explained everything thoroughly including warranties, return policies, has made adjustments when needed, and even changed nose pads, all with no charge. Great place to go. They are very busy, so sometimes it takes a while to be helped due to how busy they are, but that is to be expected as a walk-in place of business, especially if you go during the more busy hours of the day. I would recommend both Nadine and Dr. Hunter to anyone.

I entered the store prepared to purchase some new glasses. I walked around trying on different glasses for about 10 mins. No one approached to ask if I needed help in all that time. At one point I stood in one place and looked around for someone available le to help me. Some were busy with other clients but one gentleman was not and offered no assistance. The receptionist made eye contact with me and then quickly looked back at her computer. She could have said someone will be right with you. I guess they don't want my business.

5 starts for the doctor and the receptionists. The other ladies (I believe they were optical assistants) in the office were brutal. Rude and judgy. I did not feel comfortable in the clinic at all because the ladies were glaring at me the whole time i was talking to the receptionist(who was very friendly). I've been here twice and I thought the first time they were just having a bad day but they were so rude to me both times.

Five stars for my doctor. I have been a patient for years and his eye care is phenominal. The two stars are for congeniality of staff. I paid 600.00 just for lenses not even frames and they could not spare a small bottle of cleaning solution and a clean cloth to care for them. Coming from Saskatoon that has never happened.

The doctors are awesome. However, in Grasslands location, one of their front desk staff or receptionist was very cranky and approach to us was not very nice nor welcoming. I hope you do not encounter her. I find her attitude rude towards customers. They need to re evaluate their customer service esp with people of color. Otherwise their services are superb.

My wife bought a new pair of glasses in Feb 19. The arm fell of yesterday. No abuse no misuse just fell off. Went to fyi today to get the 1 year warranty fix. Sorry these are discontinued and we can't help you. We could try gluing them. What? Glue them!!. I will never shop here again, never,never,never . I will also tell everyone that I know not to go to this tipoff establishment. Off to Walmart I go to buy my wife new glasses. Thanks for nothing fyi doctors grasslands

Specialized in all disciplinary of eye testing, eye gear shopping and eye doctors under one roof. The waiting lounge is comfortable and the ambience is cool. You can make your self comfortable and have complimentary access to different variant of coffee. The front desk staff girls are helpful and charmingly attractive ????, may be you will find them more attractive after getting your eye sight fixed????????. Overall it is one stop for your eye shop.

Would not reccomend this place at all, the women are all very rude and no help. The service is terrible. Came here for glasses and received absolutely no help. When I asked for help the women just stared at me like I was crazy? I was treated very terribly here. I hope no one else has received the same treatment I had . I would rather go to the spectrum for glasses instead. The eye doctor Kelly Morrell was very rude and inconsiderate. I would not reccomend this place.

I swear I have spent ove 4 hours at this place in Harbour Landing and gotten about 15 minutes worth of service. It's as though they don't value their customers time at all. Only reason I went back is because that's where I had to go for glasses repair.

Had an eye exam today with Dr. Melissa Vass and I must say that she is absolutely incredible! Very knowledgeable, thorough and easy to talk to. I would highly recommend her to anyone in search of an optometrist. The clinic itself was great to deal with as well, from beginning to end.

Shelly helped me find a new pair & a young man named Loni adjusted them to my face which is no small feat. From an accident I was in my nose is askew & between the two of them helped me get glasses that suited me, looked aligned & were comfortable. All the staff are super friendly & as a senior they seem to go that extra mile to make the whole experience great! If you need glasses this is the place to go!

Be careful when you buy your glasses frame at FYI grassland! They will actually sell you defected product without telling you, and will not give you a refund. Make sure you check before you get your glasses. They also will NOT LET YOU KNOW that you actually have a 30 day return policy.

I broke my glasses the night before and could not see much. I went in hoping I could get new glasses right away. I explained ny situation to Dr. Gaucher and he was very friendly and did my eye test very well and got me new glasses within the hour. Great staff and great service.

I am very impressed with FYI doctors. I recently switched optometrists and the change was a good one. I ended up taking my son to go see them as well. All the staff was super friendly, the receptionists were quick to greet, and the testers did a great job helping my son with the machines. We both absolutely loved Dr. Morrell. Dr Gaucher is awesome - been my eye doctor for well over 25 years. This time I needed computer glasses vs reading glasses. These have been incredible - life changing on my work. A very nice experience every time. I just don't like the eye puff - but who does. Really nice staff all over the clinic! I recommend Dr Gaucher and the clinic to everyone.

I've been seeing DR. Yeo for 9 years. I have eye nerve issue so first time i went to the Clinic in Brandon Manitoba, they didn't care about my issue and didn't care much because i was new to Canada and didn't have insurance coverage(my Canadian friend with insurance coverage treated like a queen). Dr.Yeo or staffs didn't care i have a insurance or not start with. At first time i gave up to explain my issue to doctor so i didn't mention it at all. Dr. Yeo started doing all other tests with me and noticed my issue(she was young young doctor than) wanted follow up with specialist and has been. She is real doctor and very knowledgeable and passionate doctor. I'm glad and thankful to got to meet her 9 years ago. Staffs are awsome and fun to talk to and they do know what they are doing. Believe me, wearing glasses for 30years(started youg) and i have serious issue with my eye nerve system so i know what i am talking about.
