I always enjoy going into the Melfort office. When I enter the building, I am always greeted promptly and receive great service especially from Jordane and Diana. I took my 2 year old daughter in for the first time this year for her first eye exam and she did not cry and felt very comfortable around the staff. She even got to take a little gift home! Very poor customer service from optometrist. The ladies at front desk are phenomenal with helping but the one older optometrist needs to get a new career. Charged me for a contact fitting I never needed and won’t give me my money back.. also purchased frames and got an aggressive call about how HAD to pick up immediately because they are counting inventory soon. I am sorry but these frames are paid for and you can’t put them to the side?? Not to mention I do not live in Melfort. Will never be going back.

Both of my eyes had cataracts and the team at FYI advised me well during the pre-op and the follow-up appointments. I am now sporting new glass-wear with excellent service in that department as well.
