Each time I visit, staff have been very welcoming, kind and helpful. Got my glasses from here at a 2-for-1 cost, and I love my glasses. Staff helped me choose and made great suggestions. They ensured I had a snug, comfortable fit. Free adjustments, too, whenever you need them. They pay great attention to detail, and it's a great place to get glasses.

This store was amazing. I bought 2 pairs of glasses 3 years ago, in Moose Jaw but broke one arm, on one pair 1 1/2 yrs ago. Moved to Alberta and not one Optical Store would fix a broken arm, without charging me $20, (I still had the pin). I came to the Lawson Heights Mall and they fixed it for free...no trouble at all. Then she even delivered them to me, at my place of work. B5 Star Setvice All the Way. Thank you so much.

Due to covid, I now work full-time from home and spend all day in zoom meetings. My eyes have been so sore and so tired, so I was looking into blue light blocking lenses. Niki at the Lawson Heights location was so great, her card said she's the district manager and yet she didn't hesitate to spend her time with me, giving me different options and explaining the difference in lenses! I look so cute in my new work frames and my eyes feel far less tired by the end of the day with these new lenses! Thanks Niki!

Dr. Kennedy was very nice and informative, and was able to see me in short notice. When I was picking out new frames, Arlene was extremely helpful and assisted me in picking a frame that fit my face, and I loved! She was very friendly without being pushy, and helped us navigate the 2 for 1 Groupon we had.

Had a really great time at Factory Optical. Very helpful staff helped me find lovely frames for my smaller face. Got genuine advice and thoughts on what was nice for my face and my opinions and likes were always put first. Had so many frames to choose from, we were able to find ones that I liked and that fit nicely. Overall a really great experience!

Over 3 months to get the order right and many many errors. No apologies. Always someone else's mistake. Walk by. They will continue because it is all about the money not the service .

Stood around for 15 mins waiting to be helped while the two staff members were busy with other clients, as soon as one associate was free she directly avoided me to serve an older lady who just arrived in the store. Waste of my time trying to get glasses fixed. In a customer relations point of view first come first serve.

I went in to grab some new frames from factory at Lawson mall. I got great pricing Niki I believe the girl who helped me was fantastic. She helped me with both casual frames and work glasses.
