Took my little girl here to get frames and her prescription filled for the first time after finding out she needs glasses. Having 20/20 vision myself, I was out of my element when it came to glasses, prescriptions and how the process works. All it took was one person to take my daughter and I from feeling overwhelmed and nervous to instantly calm and cared for. Thank you Niki for your outstanding help! It's rare to find people these days who put so much care and compassion into what they do, Niki blew us away with her knowledge, demeanor and the way she put my daughter at ease and made her happy and excited about wearing glasses. Honestly can't say enough good things about Niki and Factory Optical, thanks for making my daughter feel special and for making me feel less overwhelmed about everything! 10 stars!

We had a ear nose and throat appointment for my sick child, and I have my 2 month baby wit me. The store manager was very understanding when I explained the situation and if there is space she will do everything she can to share the space.

Worst experience ever. I will never recommend anyone to come here. Go some where else at the end we have to pay. In the beginning they are very nice after receiving money they change everything. Worst place to make your glasses

Got two pairs of glasses progressional lenses there and specifically asked for glass lenses so that they wouldn't have static because I'm a drywaller and there's dust that sticks to plastic. Told me they would get me glass but ripped me off and gave me plastic. Out and out lied and ripped me off.quite Rude as well can't believe I spent money there. I was just excited to get glasses but it was my mistake. Way over priced as well. Just over $1,000. For two pairs.

Staff was quick to help me find attractive frames in my price range, and explain the options for lens coatings. I was in and out in 15-20 minutes, which greatly reduced my anxiety over glasses shopping. Would purchase from them again.

So unhappy with my experience here. Got two pairs of progressives. Picked them up as soon as I was told they were ready. Once I was back at home and trying them on I noticed that one lens had a big black mark (looked like from a sharpie) on it AS WELL AS a scratch in the centre of the lens. I phoned and was told to return that pair -which I did. Then I waited. And waited. After a month I left a voice message expressing how displeased I was. They phoned the very next day to say my glasses were ready. Really? So likely they were sitting there all this time and the staff hadn’t bothered calling. I never should have received the first pair in that condition and I certainly shouldn’t have had to wait a month for them to correct their mess-up. I am highly unlikely to get more glasses at this store.

Have always recieved excellent customer service...before and throughout covid...the staff here has found eyewear for the whole family quickly and well fitting. Eyewear usually arrives before expected, which is always a nice surprise and anytime you need any fitting issues taken care of, they are happy to help.

Wow! I got treated very bad. Was told to leave and did not know why? I had an appointment and the little man was not impressed with me at all. I have never been treated like that in my entire life. I will not be returning and letting everyone know that this is not a friendly place to deal with. Costumer service is not there priority. Oh yeah! Don’t go here!

They charge you $30 for your PD, a measurement required to order glasses. Normally, optometrists are required to provide you with your prescription information for free, however lobbyists have been successful in removing PD from this criteria. This is a greedy, scumbag business practice and I encourage everyone to avoid any place that does this. They're trying to discourage people from going elsewhere to get glasses, rather than buying their low quality, overpriced frames.

Steve is my go-to guy for eye wear. He's friendly and super knowledgeable. The experience here was good when I recently bought my Eyewear. Steve picked out pretty much exactly what I was looking for. Everyone else I've dealt with here has been great as well. Docking 1 star because the lead time to have the glasses made was a little slow and their text system they use to inform you your glasses are ready didn't send me a text. This caused me to wait longer since my Eyewear was ready but I didn't know it. A phone call is best. Overall I'll definately shop here again as long as my guy Steve is there.

Poor service very unprofessional staff... went idylwyde Dr branch 20 days before for my kid glasses and lady with intrne deals me feels like she was avoiding me and i realized that she is giving me some sort of fevor my kid prescription was expired i told her can you order my kid glasses save time bcz my kids glasses was broken and he was very un stable feeling with out glasses and i will give you updated prescription ASAP after long debaite i manage to convence her she checked with supplier the availability and ordered for me according to her it will be 4 working day but maximam one week..ok i faxed my kid prescription with in 4 days and waiting for their call as i said poor customer service they proof again no one gave me follow up i called after 8 days..Ohhhh ya i will check sorry its not here wait we will let you know..i called today around 3 pm after 8 days meanz total 19 days to check...oh yaa let me check yes we received yesterday you will come for measerment and payment so that we can start....???????? wow Bravo excelent customer not service???????????? you guys should hire someone to teach the follow up and customer service..let see i will go tomorrow again wit my kid

I can't say enough about how well I'm treated here, I keep coming back due to amazing customer service and a feel good atmosphere. I was helped by the lovely Saige who bent over backwards making sure I was accommodated and went out of her way to find a price that was right for me. Even with covid she was almost hugged. Go see Saige at Factory Optical for an amazing deal and amazing glasses!

I have had nothing but amazing service at this Factory Optical location. The staff have always been friendly to me and have gone above and beyond my expectations. I bought prescription glasses and sunglasses in 2019. Not even a month later I dropped my sunglasses in a lake and they are still in there somewhere. The staff and management at Factory Optical worked with me to process the claim under my credit card protection and I found them to be extremely helpful. Today I phoned asking what could be done about a nick in my lens that I was looking to get repaired and they volunteered the information that the repair could be done under warranty at no cost to myself. Each of my experiences at Factory Optical have ensured that I will be purchasing my families glasses there for the foreseeable future. My thanks to their team for exceeding my expectations.

Had such a big issue with my kids glasses might as well have went anywhere else staff couldnt be more rude. But it is what it is and no more going here for me or my family. Especially to get treated like i had to run around for my daughter's glasses. Still haven't received them ????
