Went there for an eye checkup and prescription for contact lenses. Everyone is very professional and friendly. They did not make me feel rushed even though it was snowing and I was a little late. Specially the manager, who went over and beyond to help me with a couple of requests, and Dr. Cora Plummer who gave me a thorough eye checkup and did not hesitate to answer any questions. Keep up the good work!

Woke up this morning, 7 yr old complained of blurry vision. We called and they got us in right away. Dr. Michelle Skoretz and the rest of the staff made our nervous boy feel more comfortable and at ease as they answered all of his questions and explained each process. I am so thankful for how accommodating, kind and thorough they all were and now he is excited to pick up his first pair of glasses soon. This has to be the best way for young families to get their eyes checked! We were given our own glassed-in waiting/play room that we could keep the kids entertained with books, toys, and free Netflix while each one was taken one-by-one into our own private assessment room. With the sliding doors, we weren't afraid of our kids escaping and running around the glasses displays or disrupting the rest of the office when they decided to cry. They even offered crackers to the kids while we waited. Usually going to appointments and sitting in waiting rooms is a try-to-survive event; at Doctors Vision Care, I was totally relaxed. This place is totally worth switching to.

Doctors Vision Care is by far the best office for kids. They have a “Netflix” room and lots of cool toys to occupy them. I saw Dr. Harris and she was super helpful. I hate having my eyes checked and she made me feel comfortable and didn’t roll her eyes at me when I winced. Would go back again.

Right when you walk in to the building the space bright and open. The staff are friendly and give great advice on glasses. The process of the exam was easy and quick. Dr. Skoretz is always friendly and smiling, and I know that she has my best interest in mind when discussing the health of my eyes and what I can do to help with my vision. I had a really long day at work and went to my appointment ready to hate my life and spend too much money on frames (based on past experiences with other optometry locations). That was not the case! There were a few ladies in there working and even though it was the end of their day as well (6pm on a Wednesday) they were super fun and easy to deal with - every single one of them! Not to mention my actual optometrist Michelle was AWESOME and actually enjoyable to talk to and work with. It was just a beautiful place inside with a really laid back atmosphere. Would recommend to friends and family for sure. For frame prices: they had a lot of options for a lot of different price points! I did end up spending too much but that was my own fault for wandering over to the Swarovski area. Oops.

We looked at several different options and she provided alot of insight into the different brands and choices available. I love the pair of Maui Jim's that she helped me choose. Dr. Justine Harris is the best! She takes her time, she discusses things with you, and she is very knowledgeable! As well, the whole team is amazing. Before my appointment I showed them a pair of glasses I would like and after my eye appointment she had set aside 20 different pairs for me to try on! I live in the east side of city and its definitely worth making the drive to come to this practice!

Young families, this is the place for you! The dreaded annual back-to-school appointment has never been this easy. The staff were amazing, friendly and so accommodating. Doctors Vision Care is perfectly set up for young families with a wide range of needs––they are the only optometry office I know of that has a specialized family room. The family room (with closable glass doors) greatly reduced sensory input and gave a quiet place for the kids to settle down with snacks, books, and puzzles while we waited. The office is also equipped with the latest medical technology that helped keep our kids engaged and kept the appointment fun and light. This is the perfect set up for young families, kids with special needs, and larger families. We look forward to coming back next year with everyone in tow.

Dr. Harris and the rest of the staff create a very, warm, welcoming and professional environment. As soon as I walked in the door I felt valued and that continued through the pre exam, exam, and selection of my glasses. Dr. Harris was very efficient and I felt very well taken care of! Not only that they made me feel at ease with the procedures they were following during these uncertain times!. I would like to expand on my review. My 4 year old daughter developed a cyst on her eye. I let Dr. Harris know and she squeezed her in at our earliest convenience. My daughter, who can be quite shy was extremely comfortable with Dr. Harris which just goes to show her rapport with clients of all ages. When we went to the follow up appointment my daughter walked in like she owned the place, with no shyness which just goes to show how Dr. Harris and the rest of the staff make young patients feel. The set up they have for young ones is amazing! Thanks again!

My son is almost 2 years old - at the age where he NEVER sits still (and he is a very active kiddo!) But Dr. Skoretz and the support staff were incredible!! We felt completely safe and taken care of! They have the latest technology which makes the exam seem to go so seamless without taking any shortcuts in evaluation - I very much trust the doctors with what they do for their patients. The place is very clean and have a great selection of frames and sunglasses - especially for kids! Would highly recommend!

I inquired about an appointment thru their online form which said they’d get back to me within 48 hours. Within 45 minutes they had gotten back to me and I was booked in for an appointment the next morning. The staff was professional, courteous and explained things in a way that was easy to understand. They’re taking all the appropriate COVID19 precautions which made me feel very comfortable. And the sales staff weren’t pushy or forceful. I will definitely recommend and will be back in the future.
