Always a great place to shop. Wait for the 20x the point events on Saturdays and the deals are Great!! They staff in most cases are well trained and helpful. The selection varies from store to store in their electronic department. This particular establishment did not have a great electronics selection. However overall this store is above average. B+ will shop here again!

Most of us know what to expect When going to a Shoppers. I would however like to note that the staff at the Canada Post outlet within this location are some of the best I have met in the area.

The worst experience.. staff doesn’t know what they are doing and don’t listen to the customer.. went for a passport photo taken for immigration purpose. The girl at the photo booth doesn’t want to listen to the specification and so rude even after trying to explain she doesn’t realize that there is something important instructions that need to follow.. One star is way too much for these kind of people.. avoid this place

Called to inquire about a prescription, pharmacy assistant was very rude and hung up on me when she was finished talking but before I could even ask the question I needed an answer to. Will be the last time I use this store. Looks like Walmart Pharmacy gets my business from now on!

Just moved here. I have been getting my Dad's prescriptions filled with Shoppers Drug Mart for close to 40 years. My Dad gets his blister pack medications from the pharmacy. We have moved twice in the last 6 months and been traveling for a year across Canada. Due to our criminally negligent health care system, my Dad has been placed in several situations of nearly running out of his medications because of the deplorable care at walk in clinics. Every Shoppers that I have asked whether they would give Dad a week of his blister packs because of this situation has shown great compassion and loaned us a week, until we obtained the prescriptions. This Shoppers was the only Shoppers across Canada that refused and as a result my Dad is going to be left without his medications that could have devastating consequences.

Service, service, service. The service I experienced here was superior. The store is very well staffed. I bought one item here today and had 5 people in total help me! They thoroughly answered my questions and I had no wait time to get service. Great selection! I had the choice of several brands for the product I needed. The 2 other pharmacies I went to did not even carry the product at all.

I had the worst experience today, employees working at the Pharma section don’t know how to speak and treat their customers. I felt really bad when the lady with the boy haircut was rude to me, as she was expecting that i should know everything. I am going to complain about this to their manager

This store has a lot of potential, but is always under staffed. I don't think it's ever possible to just "run in" to this location, and have been late coming back from lunch breaks because of ridiculous wait times just to check out.

Frequently you end up with less than your prescription says (1 inhaler instead of 2)... my sister in law was handed someone else's prescription ... some pharmacy staff are rude & sometimes don't know what they are talking about ... the 1 gentleman pharmacist doesn't seem to know anything ( always a problem when he is on ) he once told me there were no refills on a prescription I had dropped off & it was put on file ... I had to return the next day and speak to carrie ( who is awesome ) she looked on the computer & saw the refills right away ...

Expensive items you can find easily elsewhere for far cheaper! I’ve also had some bad experiences with the pharmacies in both Summerside & Charlottetown so I don’t recommend this chain AT ALL!

Not a great experience here. We needed a loan for my child's breathing medications (his doctor was out of the office early) and they wouldn't do a thing; while also being rude about it. Hopefully we don't end up in the ER. I'm considering switching pharmacies.

Do not use this pharmacy. It just seems to be an issue after an issue. Tonight was just the last straw. My wife put in a prescription 3 days ago. We recieved an email tonight from our insurance stating that our claim has been processed and approved so we went in to pick up our prescription thinking that meant it should be done and we were told it was back ordered and it might come on Thursday. So how do you process an insurance claim when you don’t even have the medication? It’s called insurance frauds, staff working were just useless. We can’t go to another pharmacy because they already “processed” the medication.

Love my shoppers! However, during this "pandemic you have at least on cashier who acts like everyone is infected. Loudly says put your stuff down and step back. Today Friday Oct 23 around 9 am, you had 2 cashiers who were very friendly and very helpful. I thanked them for making me feel human!

Everytime ive gone here the pharmacist has been super nice and very helpful. She always goes out of her way to find over the counter versions of my prescription because she knows i dont have insurance. Very happy with the service here!

Was in there 2 cashiers complaining about someone who works there I take it. There's a place to do your complaining not in front of a customer who is looking around not finding what she wants. Was never asked if I needed help. They were too busy gabbing. I took my business else where.

Great place, awesome pharmacist and just overall a great experience. I felt at home and that someone truly cared about my health. The pharmacist here is truly an awesome guy ( Mike). Pharmacist 10/10 Beauty side of the store has great staff for the most part, but our last visit in, we could hear the staff talking VERY negatively about one of their staff giving our hand fulls of samples to customers, it was clear to see the current staff was jealous as she completely told her manager everything this girl was doing wrong and she wasnt thinking about the "customers needs" because she wasnt telling them what the samples do for them. But that cashier obviously didnt care about her customers either as I dont think it was very professional to OPENLY and LOUDLY broadcast employee problems in front of guests!!!! beauty 1/10.

Poor customer service. Pharmacy desk won't have what you need in stock and wont take back returns. They will just send you to another location that is even worse. Costco pharmacy here I come!

I have been going to this drug store for about 3 years. The service is very good at the check out, but the pharmacy service deserves accolades. The staff are very knowledgeable about their products and pay special attention to each and every shopper that needs assistance. Every other time I go to shoppers if they have a problem with my insurance they call younger lady one of the assistants is super rude and unhelpful now I'm waiting on hold for 30mins in their lobby instead of them calling a pharmacy number that goes straight through as they laugh behind the counter at me they are lucky my son needs his prescription will be switching pharmacies yep just heard them talking about my job now ... seriously wow....
