I recently purchased my third pair of glasses from Monkey See in a little over a year; I keep going back and receiving great service. Tyler the manager is really patient and takes the time to show you lots of frames at different price ranges. I never felt pressured to buy the most expensive frame and he steered me away from some frames that wouldn't look good on me. Maurice the owner explained the different kinds of lenses and coatings that are available and helped me make an informed decision. For the first time since I started wearing glasses I actually enjoyed the shopping experience. The quality of the glasses they have sold me are much higher than previous pairs I purchased at mall chains and their prices have been consistently lower. Keep up the great work guys!

I know what you are thinking, how can a business have so many 5 star ratings?! I thought the same thing when starting my search for eyeglass frames, but here I am, leaving them a 5 star review because the staff ARE 5 star quality! I set up multiple appointments to try on frames (I'm really indecisive) and each time staff were extremely friendly and fun to work with. They will tell you when something looks horrid on your face and never try to direct you to something based on price. They have a varied selection of frames and the prices are quite reasonable. You definitely need to check this team out!

Went to Monkey See Optical with my 3 year old after trying to find glasses a couple other places and feeling completely defeated, we were in and out of Monkey See Optical in less than 25 minutes with the perfect pair. They were so helpful and so friendly. They made my little guy feel so special. We had found similar glasses other places but no one else offered to find the perfect fit and order them in his specific size. Amazing! The ladies were so kind and helpful with my 4yr old son and I, they made him feel very special. We were able to get glasses for the both of us and had zero issues in doing so. We started using Monkey See for all of our glasses needs 2.5yrs ago. When our son suddenly needed glasses at only 2yrs old we were so stressed! Maurice was so helpful and knowledgable and fair with pricing, he really made us feel better. Monkey See Optical is a must. They care about their customers over profits. If you need specialized lens they are the best price in town selling you the best solution for your needs. Excellent store. As I walked into the store a employee approached and immediately offered assistance. She was helpful and more than willing to answer all my questions and offer any potential solutions for the eye wear I was looking for. Lots of different brands to choose from. Parking is limited at the front of the store. Well worth a look if you are in the market for glasses or sun glasses.

Hi, i rarely post reviews. Probably because customer service is really lacking everywhere. But Monkey see optical has the best customer service in any eyelgass store/retail store in general. The ladies there are wonderful, Maurice is very kind and read the prescription on my lenses because i had forgotten to bring it. The staff is the best, I make any excuse i can just to go in and visit them, they are the BEST

Excellent service! My eye doctor sent the wrong prescription by mistake and Monkey See replaced the lenses quickly with no additional cost to me! I live far away and staff even offered to have my glasses dropped off by someone who was passing by my town.
