I recently relocated to Saint John and still travelled to see my old eye doctor. I got tired of that and so I transitioned over to FYi. I honestly wish I switched sooner. The receptionist (red haired male?) was so kind and accommodating. The building is spacious and feels warm and inviting. I had Dr. MacLean I believe it was and his intern. Both are so thorough and knowledgeable. They really care about your eye health and overall comfort. I never felt like they were looking to make a fast buck off me. They even told me to bring in my old glasses so they could look at them and we could decide if it really necessary to replace them as I don’t wear them often. They sent me home with many free products so I could feel confident about my next purchase. I am looking forward to this being my new Optometry office. My mother switched to their clinic in Quispamsis and she loves it as well so clearly a solid company across each location.

Try to book an appointment with FYI Doctors on line an via phone no repky back. Missing Dr. Nagaraj Westmorland eye clinic. His staff always returned a call. Taking my business elsewhere from now on.

I had excellent service getting eye exam & new glasses, very pleased but on the other hand my wife had terri ble time getting her glasses. We were told it would be 7-10 working days. after two weeks we called & was told they just needed to pass quaility control.A week later we called again & was asked to call back in two days.When we did they said they didn't know why it was taking so long. About a week later we received a call that the glasses were in. My wife went to pick them up but there was a stripped screw in one of the arms.They said they would order in new frames but it might take two weeks. It's been about three weeks & still no call. First order was made Nov 09/2016 & it is nowDec 24/2016 & still waiting! Not Happy!!

I went to get my glasses adjusted after having them for a year. I was looked after by Christian and he very friendly and did an excellent job of getting them fitted just right.They have an excellent selection of glasses to choose from.He also told me how I could customize any of the sunglasses, by shading or finish. He took the time to explain polarized and UV protection, which are very important for your eye protection. It was a very professional and positive experience and would recommend them to anyone.

Paid 60$ for contact fitting etc was told to try for a week then book an appointment to return for adjustments etc. I wait a week go in for appointment and they now tell me I needed my contacts on me. Couldn’t even wear them why would I have them. Then the girl tells me nothing can be done and left it at that like really. No re booking offer no like sympathy or help. Just ok goodbye. What a waste of my time my money Very disgusted Left PO. The money yeh well whatever but the customer service is Absolutely pathetic.

Went to this location after receiving my prescription from another doctor. Wish I had started at this location. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful in selecting the right fit for glasses and I felt much more educated on lens options compared to the little information I received elsewhere. I made my purchase based on my needs and the help of Eve. I received my glasses quickly and receive compliments everywhere I go. Most importantly I finally have a pair of glasses I enjoy wearing as my vision is good and the style suits my face. Highly recommend stopping by to see Eve, you won’t be disappointed!

Love the excellent help I had from Eve who was sweet and very patient with me in picking out frames . Was in 2 times and she went the extra mile and let bring the glasses home to get others opinions.Eve never rushed me although it was closing which I didn’t realize. She went the extra mile in helping me find the best to fit my face and gave me lots of options. The selection is great! Always have a great experience at FYidoctors-Saint John, the doctors and staff are super friendly!!! The doctors always go above and beyond for me. My wife and I always buy our glasses, sunglasses, and contacts here, I had an issue with my glasses as I couldn't adapt to them and they fixed them right away at no charge! Stefanie at the front desk has helped me numerous times with my insurance! Would highly recommend this location.

I just got an invite for my annual appointment. Thought it prudent to comment on the fact my one and only visit, FYI missed diagnosed me. I was charged for the comprehensive eye exam and sent on my way. Followed up with an optometrist who quickly resolved my issue sending me for surgery to correct my vision. Will not be trusting FYI again

I made my first visit to FYIdoctors a few months ago and will never go anywhere else for my eyewear. Their personal, professional service and desire to make your experience a positive one is outstanding. I have purchased five pair of glasses in the past three months and had my children's eye exams completed there as well. Their prices are very competitive or better than the competition and the customer service I received was the best! I highly recommend them for all your eye care needs.

Over 40 minutes of waiting to be visited At 4, most of employees dealing with garbage and clean the shop... (my appointment was at 3.40) and when I asked to one of them about my appointment, he told me: sorry I can't now!???? And for my eyes glasses prescription I have to wait at least two weeks ????????‍♀️ Next time I will ask in other places to pay after the visit!

I've always been treated really well when visiting FYI Saint John - westmorland eye clinic before . My doctor is amazing and answers any questions or concerns I may have at the time. I have recently gotten contacts for the first time, and I love them. The girl that helped me try them was very knowledgeable. I recommend this place to friend and family all the time.

FYI Doctors gave my husband the wrong prescription May 2020. We took the glasses for a second opinion. They were totally wrong prescription (we had a copy for getting sunglasses). The person said to go back to FYI and have the prescription verified and they would order new ones. A new examination was performed and we wanted the prescription to get the glasses elsewhere but he insisted he would correct them. Well after a trial period of 6 weeks he put them back in the case and wearing the old ones
