Phoned in today to ask about their prescription glasses and was picked up by a man, who’s name I can’t remember other than it started with the letter “N”, possibly Niles. He was friendly when i started out in french but as soon as he heard me inquire in English, he immediately cuts me off, mumbles “no” and hangs up the phone. I suggest you take your business elsewhere if you want to be treated fairly.

My family is a Costco's Vision Center since 2010 and could be happier. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable optometrist, that are great with kids, affordable price and unbeatable Costco's warranty.

Awful customer service. Blond lady yelled at me. Save yourself the trouble and go to the Candiac location. Incredible service there. The lady told me they are short staffed at Brossard but doesnt excuse the horrible service and uncessesary wait time. I had a prescription on top of all this. Guess they just didnt want to make a sale that day.

Always received great service here from all staff, especially from Carole who was patient, friendly and knowledgeable. Great prices, good selection. It is often busy here, even though they have a good 'pick a number' system. I recommend avoiding the busiest times of the day (weekends and such).

For the little you save compared to another place it is not worth the bad service that accompanies it. I strongly advise against it. (Original) Après avoir attendu 1h30 alors qu'on m'avais dit que se serait 30-45 minutes lorsque j'ai pris mon rdv au téléphone, je fais l'examen, je demande des renseignements sur ma prescription que je viens de faire avec eux et on refuse de me repondre puisque je n'achète pas mes verres de contact sur place. Pour le peu qu'on sauve par rapport à une autre place sa ne vaut pas la peine du mauvais service qui l'accompagne. Je déconseille au plus haut point.
