Aucune ouverture de la part de la direction pour régler la situation sauf se garder 175$ pour les boites ouvertes. La direction adjointe de ce magasin offre un service condescendant, aucune ouverture et soucis d'un service client respectueux. Nous voulions acheter le modèle adéquat de l'item requis, donc faire un échange, mais aucune incidence, ils se sont gardé 15% lors du remboursement! À mon avis juste ridicule pour des boites en cartons!

Customer service needs improvement. I missed a call regarding my online order so I called the store and the employee told me to call back after I listened to the voicemail because he didn't know who to transfer to, Ifound that to be abit rude but thats just my opinion, nextInext call back asking for the employee who left a voicemail and confirmed delivery for Friday the 26th of June. I take a day off to receive the delivery and they call the day of delivery to tell me they don't have my product or some excuse that its broken or open box, the employee didn't even seem sympathetic, just said I will refund you and that was it.
