Don't know about the prices or the service, but I called them to get an appointment. Girl on the phone offered Tuesday which was not possible, so she gave me one on Wednesday. When I showed up on Wednesday, I was told that they don't have appointments on Wednesday. I was also told to come back the next day, when my appointment was actually written in the book. When I said I would just go somewhere else because the next day was impossible and I couldn't wait two weeks, she just said "OK" and erased my appointment without an apology or anything. Terrible.

Ive been here for 2 pairs of perscription lenses and on both pairs of glasses, ive had the lenses fall out. I took them somewhere else to get them checked out and they told me that none of the lenses were cut the right shape for the frame thats why it kept happening. After this, i still went back for contact lenses, i waited 2 weeks for an appointment only to show up and be told that the girl called in sick. Usually you are supposed to call and cancel instead of making me take off work to come in.

I’m new to the neighbourhood and discovered my incredible Optometrist works here. I had been having an issue with my glasses (purchased elsewhere) but asked if the Optician can do the repair since this shop’s location is so convenient for me. It was a tricky adjustment but done so well and my glasses are like new again. I’ll definitely return for my next pair. I took a look and their selection is great.
