I recently changed optometrists and decided to try Econolunettes in Laval. The service was incredible. The optometrist who did my exam was very knowledgeable and the person who sold us our glasses (Leslie) was not only patient, but honest with how each pair of glasses looked on me. I must have tried on 30 pairs and did not feel in the least bit rushed to make a choice. I highly recommend this place.

Really nice staff. My mother broke her glasses frame within the first 30 days, the little nose holder snapped off. We were quite upset about it, at first they weren't sure they could even fix it, then they said they could, and offered me to pay for repair, which I refused. After a little insistence they kindly accepted to repair it free of charge. Nice staff, quality products, good price! I would recommend! I will go again for sure!

I had such a good experience. I ordered a progressive lenses and after two weeks I didn’t get use to them. Stephanie & Jeffrey helped me in a very professional way, they verified my lenses and took it back on order to make adjustments. Now, I’m trying the new lenses, so I will update soon how it went with the new ones, but service wise, it’s the best.

Donc la pointe des ailes m'irritait. On devait placer des plaquette, mais l'option a été abandonnée. Jai demandé qu'on rogne la pointe des ailes, on a dit ça se fait pas. Au bout du parcours, j'ai pris une monture par défaut. Elle fait l'affaire sans plus. J'ai voulu garder la première qui ne servait plus à personne contre un prix raisonnable et arranger les ailes, on a refusé. Sinon, c'est un bon endroit pour acheter ses lunettes.
