Prices were good for what you are paying for and they also were genourous to decrease the price of the glasses I chose so I did not have to search for a cheaper pair. I was really stressed, about getting glasses as it ,has not been a good experience in the past. My customer service person was very patient and helpful while I made my selection. Becuase I was a first time customer, I got $150.00 off which was fantastic. I called because I was given a coupon in the mail at exactly the right time. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

I had a great experience vising the Spectacle Clinic in St. Catharines! I was able to quickly book an eye exam, which was very hassle free and easy to do online. The eye exam itself was very informative, and Dr. Dhillon was very helpful and knowledgeable when I asked about current issues and concerns that I had about my overall eye health. The store had an overwhelming amount of beautiful frames to choose from, and Mariam was extremely helpful and patient with helping me pick out the perfect frames. Every staff member I encountered was extremely professional, helpful, and kind. I’ll be sure to visit this location whenever I need more frames and an eye exam, and will highly recommend this location to others!

Amazing place. Decided to go somewhere new in the area and wasn't disappointed. The staff was friendly, the stock was stylish and up to date and the service was great. I wanted a pair of glasses with yellow lenses for night driving and was worried they wouldn't be able to deliver. I got a call within a day from Cameron who went above and beyond to make me happy. He perfectly matched the non prescription yellow lenses I already had with my new pair and had them ready within a week. I was well pleased. I already recommended them to coworkers. Great service! Dropped by one day just to check out this new, modern eyeglass store. I was so impressed that the two staff members looked at my face shape, and immediately picked out four pair of very nice glasses . I have a small face, and buying glasses is sometimes very difficult as many of the frames are too large for my face. It was a hard choice, but I narrowed it down to two great pairs. Loved my visit to the clinic. Both Cameron and Aryon helped me pick out my glasses and gave their honest opinion which I really appreciated ! The guys had my glasses order so quickly and I received them shorty after within a couple days. They adjusted them perfectly to my face and I left the clinic so happy.
