I took my 3 daughters with (3, 5 and 8 years old) and they sat down perfectly for her. My girls loved the way they were treated and wouldn't stop talking about the place. I also had my check up done and Dr. Melissa Kenneth and she was very professional, nice and took her time. Asked me questions and thorough with my examination. The staff was amazing and treated us all with respect and were so friendly.

The staff at Dr. Kenneth's clinic got me in at the end of the day on the Friday of the long weekend after I desperately explained I was having some very concerning issues with my eyes and that my regular optometrist was not in, that the wait at the emergency care was extremely long and that I was 6 months pregnant and uncomfortable waiting in an ER if I didn't have to. I had already called around to at least a dozen other offices where the optometrists had either left for the day or the staff weren't willing to work me in. Dr. Kenneth was extremely thorough in her examination of me and talked me through everything she was doing. She made sure that I understood everything and even redid a number of the parts of the examination just to double check things. She gave me her card and instructed me to follow up with her about how things were going and outlined what the next steps would be if I needed to be seen by a specialist. I was so impressed with the attention I received and would highly recommend Dr. Kenneth to anyone seeking a caring, professional, thorough, and intelligent optometrist!

I was very nervous for my appointment as I haven't been to the optometrist since I was a kid. Dr. Kenneth was amazing, she was super patient and reassuring. I also brought my dad since he has also been avoiding getting his eyes checked for a very long time. We both felt super at ease with Dr. Kenneth and will definitely be back for all future exams. And thank you to Kamla the amazing optician in the office who hooked my dad up with his first non-dollar store glasses for work. Totally recommend.

I have never had such a deceptive experience as this eye care center. I wanted to change my lenses. The lady who works at the eye care center told me that my glasses might break during the process and suggested that it would be better to buy a new pair of glasses and she said that they are refunded by my insurance because glasses and lenses come as a pack. My claim was denied by my insurance company. If I had just been told the frames are not covered I would not have purchased these glasses as they are not worth their price. I also found the same Guess frames at 90$ and they sell it at the eye care center for 240$.
