I have just recently purchased a pair of glasses from St. Albert Opticians. I’ve been straggling a long time to find something that would allow me to work on a computer, watch TV and use my phone without having to put on and off my old glasses. I’ve tried different readings glasses but nothing seemed to work. Finally I was recommended dr Ziad and I went to schedule an appointment. I’ve never been happier with the result! Dr Ziad is very knowledgeable and accommodating. He goes out of his way to help with the best solution to your need. The clinic staff is wonderful as well. If you’re looking for a great optician, this is the place to go. Not only you’ll leave satisfied by professional treatment but you’ll be supporting a local business as well. Bottom line: need glasses? Go see dr Ziad!!

The owner is humble and down to earth. With his clients best interest in mind. Very professional. He has 4 clients from our family. That are satisfied and happy. Will be referring more people here. I like that he is able to do his job in a timely manner because we are busy people, I never felt rushed or ripped off but well taken care of and followed up with properly. Also sold us some indestructible sunglasses for our toddler which is a HUGE bonus will be coming back for another pair doe our other baby. Highly recommend.

Known the Optometrist for years even prior to his own clinic being opened. Truthful, honest and his services are well-known and in-demand even with other clinics in Edmonton & Red Deer. @Dustin Solomon (or whatever your real name is), I do not see how this clinic I have been dealing with for years (specifically the optometrist) can be a scam. Seeing your history of reviews you have provided, you seem to be the next individual that would hope high compensation for either your own negligence or for being fully uncooperative when it comes to a formal resolution to an issue.

Was seriously unimpressed. My exam felt very rushed he barely asked me any questions gave me my prescription and I left. Went to order contact lenses and realized that the prescription he gave me wasn't valid for contacts.... Which I have worn for the past 15 years and if he would have asked me any questions he would have known that. He made me come back in so he could fit me for contacts. Which meant I had to drag my 2.5 year old and 1 year old with me, which if you have kids I don't need to tell you how much of a pain that is. All because he couldn't be bothered to do his job right the first time.... Now I'm questioning how thorough of an exam he did overall and if he missed any issues ....

Got a piece of metal in my eye from work, called a couple places in st Albert and they were all booked up for like 3 weeks. Drove past this on the way home and stopped in. Doctor saw me right away and was very friendly and professional, did a great job getting the 2 pieces of metal out of my eye.

Amazing experience. I have very complicated vision and they went above and beyond to make sure that every element of my vision was taken care of and that I was comfortable and happy. When my prescription came in they spent time with me ensuring I was happy with it because they knew that I had gotten the wrong prescription at other places. I am so happy with my glasses and so grateful to have found a clinic I can trust with my vision.
