Drove 170 km's to pick up my glasses today only to find your store closed. I called this morning and your representative said you are open until 7pm today. It is 4pm and I waited for 30 minutes but nobody came back to your store. I have been waiting for my new glasses for almost a month.

The two ladies who gave me a hand chosing my glasses and then fitting them when they came in are wonderful. Simply put they gave some of the best customer service I've had in a long time. Thanks for making sure my purchasing experience went so well and for providing some sound advice for my concerns with my new prescription! Also no hassles with receiving my purchase. And the prescription came in correctly. Very happy with the glasses I purchased.

This place is not cheap....and the wait for my glasses has been 2 weeks now. The 2 for 1 deal is a scam since they are over priced to begin with.....never again ! Phoned a few times to get the glasses in quicker, they promised delivery but no results again and again.

Horrible costumer service, store personal is incapable of being punctual. What a waste of time this store is, left after 45 min of waiting time on the 1st appointment. Inquired to be on time the 2nd appointment and it went the same way. Don't waste your time going to a store where it's common to brag about their riches.

I have had nothing but issues with this location. My glasses have come back twice with the wrong prescription. They have blamed my optometrist both times. My prescription is fine. I have had glasses from other shops that work fine. They have drug this out for over six weeks. They do not give refunds, so I am over $300 out of pocket and do not have glasses and it is looking like I won't have glasses any time soon. Terrible experience.

I have used Hakim Optical before (Manning Crossing), with good results. So, when it became time to get more glasses, I brought my husband along as well. My glasses took about a month - twice as long as they told me. Whenever I called in to check in, I was given excuses - no apology or acknowledgment of the lateness of the order. When my glasses were ready, they didn't call - I just happened to check in again and find out they were there. The wait was even worse for my husband. Even though we ordered our glasses at the same time (and his were only single vision lenses), his glasses took over 6 weeks to come in - and again, he only found out because he called. Then, when he went in, they couldn't find them. After some searching around, they found them - but they were the wrong frames (we will own that there's a small possibility that our memory is that bad, but we are about 95% sure that they were not the right frames). We wondered if the delay was because they lost the original frames and tried to pick a match (the silver colour was the same, but the style was different). When my husband asked about it, they denied any mistake was made. There was never an apology about the extreme delays, never an interest in trying to find a way forward to customer satisfaction. We are not likely to go back again, but recommend to others who do: be sure to take a picture of the frames you have chosen, and see your requests in writing, or you will have no way to follow up if they mess up your order.

I purchased my two pairs of glasses from Hakim Optical this year during the 2 for 1 sale. The price was right, and the customer service was impeccable! Stephanie helped me find the perfect glasses. They also direct bill to my insurance provider. I will always come here for my glasses from now on!

I went in there 2 week ago to see if I could find a pair of glasses. The selection was very little to pick from. There was one technician on staff did not say hello because she was with a client. Customer service at this location was bad never go back again sorry.
