Arriving at the office to finally take possession, I phoned as requested, they put me on hold. During this time, a delivery man arrived, another customer was served and, after 9 minutes of waiting, we put a parcel which is not mine in my car. I told him it wasn't mine and that I was still waiting on the line. Always less and less satisfied with the professionalism and disappointment after disappointment. I would not even be surprised that they did nothing on my printer, it is still stained with blue! (Original) Déception totale. Quand on promet une réparation d'imprimante pour le lendemain, on respecte ses engagements. Pour l'instant, après 4 jours d'attente toujours pas réparée et aucun message me disant où ils en sont rendu. Quel professionnalisme!!! Des nouvelles? Ils avaient perdu mes coordonnées. En arrivant au bureau pour prendre enfin possession, j'ai téléphoné comme demandé, ils m'ont mis sur attente. Pendant ce temps, un livreur est arrivé, un autre client a été servi et, après 9 minutes d'attente, on met un colis qui n'est pas le miens dans mon auto. Je lui ai dit que ce n'était pas à moi et que j'attendais toujours sur la ligne. Toujours de moins en moins satisfait du professionnalisme et déception sur déception. Je ne serais même pas surpris qu'ils n'aient rien fait sur mon imprimante, elle est encore taché de bleu!
