A friend introduced this place to me, which I love it. For first time I buy my glasses. But on 28tn of may 2020, but the ladies that I meet on this day so so so rude, racist. I don’t think I will never introduce them to anyone @ Rochdale location.????

Received terrible service. Their associate refused to order the contacts I requested, claiming that they knew better about what I wanted than I did. When I finally returned after such a terrible experience to order the contacts that were part of my 2 for 1 deal they said I have to get a brand new prescription and won’t order them for me - even though they’re the reason my contacts were not ordered when requested. Will not return to a place that tries to cheat me out of my purchase.

Cheap way to get glasses

We had previously been going to the NW location for years. I made an appointment for my daughter for a sat. When I got there, I was told by the receptionist that i was late, and my appointment had been made for a different time, so I would have to re make the appointment. I showed her the e-mail they sent me which proved that I was right about the appointment, and she still refused my daughters appointment saying the nearest one I could get would be in two weeks. Frustrated I made an appointment with a different doctor, where I also found out that in all likelihood, my daughter was misdiagnosed several years prior when I was told her vision was perfect. I brought her in to the new clinic myself and witnessed the test. She needed glasses, has a perscription far stronger then mine. I can accept that her vision may have changed.. although very rapidly .. but she also has a lazy eye. To the best of my knowledge that is something that they should have caught before. Either way.. poor service by 2 for 1.

First time prescription eyewear buyer. And I am pretty thorough when making a purchase. I had visited a number of different eye glass businesses and I stopped into the Rochdale location on kind if a last whim. There I ket Rochene (I hope I am spelling her name correctly) and, let me tell you, this girl has the patience of a saint as she proceeded to help me look through at least 30 pair of frames. When I had finally made my decision, a week later, Angelique helped with final fitting and ordering. A great part is, they do direct billing on my health benefits from work. Angelique, just as patient and personable as Rochene. I was told my order would take a couple weeks but they were in sooner than expected. Smooth ordering, very helpful, personable, great side conversation..both amazing ladies were professional sales getting ne the right product and putting up with my search with a smile. The store itself has a great selection or can order what may have become sold out in your search. I highly recommend the staff at Factory Optical and Factory Optical as a great location for any eyewear needs.

I went to the east location before this one, where they did not help at all. I was brushed off and when I asked for help the girl pointed at the wall and said "those are the women's frames" and turned her back to me. At the Rochdale location (this review), I was greeted by a young woman named Christian (I think that's her name) and she was extremely helpful and I got two frames picked out within half hour. I told her I was on a budget and she picked frames that were within that, and also told me about Groupon and I saved even more! She called me the next day (when they received my prescription) and told me the exact calculated cost. I am very happy with my experience here ????

After having problems the store manager phoned and discussed what went on with me. She was very apologetic with situations she was unaware of and was willing to work hard to make me a satisfied customer. Which she has, I'm very pleased with how Brandi has treated me and will be returning.

I made a visit to this store today and ordered one designer eyeglass frame.(with prescription) After half an hour i called them and told them that i wanna change my frame. They told me it can't be possible. I been to their store to talk and they gave me my new eyeglasses that i ordered just 2 hours ago. They were done with my eyeglasses in just 2 hours just because they don't want me to change the frame. hope everybody is getting their eyeglasses done in 2 hours ...I don't wanna go to that store again it was a terrible experience

Highly recomment Factory Optical! My husband and I were referred to Factory Optical from our daughter (who had recently purchased her glasses there). Our first impression was the time they took to explain health protocols and moreso enforcing them with customers attempting to touch glasses without an appointment (the lookie-loo's)! Angelique was well informed about the types of lenses that would provide longevity without scratches and tips. The selection of glasses was also very impressive for anyone's budget. Overall excellent experience and they've gained our business.
