Parking's nutty, but it's Costco it's expected. This location is very clean, well-stocked...could maybe focus a bit on bringing in more of the latest household and beauty/hygiene products (maybe if they had more space) - but otherwise a great variety of inventory.

I've been going to Costco since its first opened as Club Price. I moved to Red Deer Alberta 10yrs ago. Must say I've encountered numerous times rude Management. Within 2 years I bought 4 winter tires n 4 summer. Over 1600$ worth. Got a nail in one of them after 2 months use and they refused to put it on warranty. Plus they give you appointments and you're still sitting there for an hours BEFORE they serve you. I forgot his name but the short sturdy baldy assistant or manager talks to you like you're the idiot and plus he lies. A month ago I noticed stickers on their meat packaging saying "Canadian meat". By fluke he's at the checkout checking the receipt. I asked him if Costco is finally getting Canadian meat. He said: it was always Canadian meat. I haven't bought meat there for years cause it was American meat. I'm in the food industry and I know as a fact it was American meat. I rather encourage my country's farmers. Was same guy that gave me an argument for my tires. Also their veggies are not fresh. They dont last long and often rotten n hidden mold in the package. I've stopped buying so much at Costco. Red Deer Costco has absolutely same old items. You go to Calgary or Edmonton you find so much more . Even their gas is always 5 cents cheaper. Why idk as all Costco should have the SAME price. Basically Red Deer Costco needs to step up in their freshness of food, prices, management should understand if it wasn't for customers he wouldn't have a job and open ALL cash register as line ups going down to the middle of a store on each end and its NOT even any special holidays??? Come on!

Always a good idea to go early or late if you want to avoid lineups. Even with a line, though, people get moved through relatively quickly and efficiently. Otherwise, it's Costco. You definitely get what you'd expect from this chain as far as customer experience goes.

This is a great Costco location. It's very convenient to get to and as always it has all the products people go to Costco to get. I recommend going a little later in the evening to avoid the crowds and lineups but otherwise the staff are friendly and helpful there.

Back in October My father-in law brought in my mother-inlaws new to her car to get the tires changed over. The tires were already on after market rims which required lug nuts that were an inch longer then OEM. Of course he forgot to tell the technician that the lug nuts were in the trunk with the spare tire. The technician came out to tell my father inlaw that he needed to buy 20 new lug nuts. At that point my father inlaw explained to the technician where the correct lug nuts were. When he got home I asked him where the summer rims/tires were and lug nuts. He told me the tires were put away and he assumed the lug nuts were put back. So I checked and noticed that the lug nuts were long. I took the lug wrench to see and sure enough the lug nuts were held on with two turns of the wrench. How can a technician come out, ask the question and still do it wrong. This could have resulted in a serious accident or even death. Of course the manager did nothing about it. I wouldn't trust these guys to mount anything.

Best time to go on a Saturday is an hour before it closes, 5pm. Was in and out with no line up in self check out and got right up to the gas pump with out a wait as well. Made this trip with only spending $110. gas included, have at least a weeks worth of meals and fuel. Go me!!

Very clean, good service and the gas prices are outstanding. There is a big variety of things to choose from but expect to pay for what you get. Very good quality and return policy are phenomenal. I recommend getting a membership because it pays for itself. The food bar is extraordinary and has very good prices. You have a choice of ordering online and getting it delivered to your door. You will not buy the Cosco product anywhere else, this is truly a one-stop shop.

I had a incident on December 17th 2021 as I had to deal with the assistant manager her name is Tara she has no people skills very ignorant does not care to hear anything from me other than what she needed to push on me I just want that everybody need know. Have some Costco employees lack people and job skills. Please be aware. But there is some positive to this as once I dealt with the actual manager of Costco he helped me in a very pleasant way very quick so I'd like to thank him (Randy)

Purchased tires here for the great prices. Made an appointment and they didn't get my car in until an hour after the time I had scheduled. Had a tire keep going flat so I made a 1 PM appointment for a tire repair and I didn't get out of there until 3 PM. Why schedule people for appointments if they are not going to stay on schedule? The front counter is usually understaffed as well. The headaches are worth the lower costs.

Traditionally a very busy place. First thing Street they open and an hour before they close seem to be the best times to go. Although the lines are long, they move at a good pace, and often we get our groceries pre-scanned, saving time at the til. We don't do the huge grocery purchases that others do, but I almost always find what I am looking for. Also the customer service is truly excellent.

A great Costco location. The gas bar is rarely busy to the point where you'd want to leave, the liquor store is always well stocked and the parking lot is very well laid out. The store itself seems well managed, always tidy and well staffed. Sometimes the lineups can be lengthy but I have never felt hindered by the wait times. The samples are usually very good and generous. That's a very big positive of course.

The only reason they don't get five stars is the VERY slow checkout process. I guess the general manager at this location doesn't want to hire adequate staff for that role. I live equal distance away from two Costco stores. Between Red Deer and Cross Iron just south of Airdrie, the Airdrie location is ALWAYS faster to by a significant amount to process customers through checkout. For ALL Costco locations in Canada - they choose to not carry any clothing options for what we call Big Men. "Huge" missed opportunity, I'd say. Pun intended.

Won't honor warranties, had to pay out of pocket for a mistake that they made. I just had to get both rear tires replaced at Mr. Lube because the idiots at Costco didn't rebalance the tires before putting them back on the car, another $350.00 out of pocket. It may seem less expensive at first, but you will pay more in the long run. I will let others know about this, so that they don't fall afoul of their scam. NEVER AGAIN!

Was told the tire shop opens at 7:00am, when actually it's 6:00am. Was also told you can't make appointments, and it's on a first come first serve basis. Has everything I ever need in bulk and has great samples throughout the store. I went to pick Up a cake for Mother’s Day and there was only one left. I seen that it was a little disfigured but not too bad. I figured that’s why nobody wanted it. I went to purchase it anyway. The cashier seen its disfigurement and didn’t charge me anything for it.

This is an updated review based on the upcoming mandatory masking rule they are apparently trying to implement. Taking the choice away from your customers is not the way to keep current ones or attract new ones. I will not be returning if there is a mandatory mask rule. Although red deer location tends to sell out of things quicker than other costcos due to our surrounding areas that we service. Good parking. Good location for the gas bar. First time I've ever driven up to the pump and not had to wait in line so that's a bonus!

(Red Deer, Alberta) My Mom and I had just finished our big Costco shop before Thanksgiving long weekend and were unloading our groceries into the vehicle. My Mom picked up my box of kombucha and the handle ripped off causing her to drop the box on the ground. The glass bottles shattered and the kombucha went everywhere :( I tried my best to clean the glass up and get it all back in the box while my Mom ran back inside to purchase another box of kombucha. When I went over to the gentleman who was collecting the carts in the parking lot (he later told me his name was Travis) to ask where I could safely dispose of the box of broken glass he instantly took the box from me assuring me it was no problem and that he would run and get me a new one. I told him my Mom was already inside purchasing a replacement as there wasn't anything initially wrong with the kombucha, just our clumsiness. He told me to phone my Mom to not get another box and assured me that Costco took care of it's customers and ran back into the store himself to get another replacement of kombucha for me. I sat in the waiting room for 30 min. And the staff politely explained to three different customers why they could not cover their tire warranty issues. Mine was because the nail was closer then two inches from the side wall. Taking it to a real tire shop to get it fixed. NOTE all the dislamers Costco puts on their warranty. The only thing that prevents me from really giving it the 5 stars... they overprice most items, specially if the are not in bulk. First trip to this Costco location and I was left disappointed. There were no carts available in the store but the cart drop offs in the parking lot were quite full so I and all of the other customers entering the store had to get our own carts. When I went to pay there were no boxes available at any of the tills but there were numerous piles of empty boxes in many aisles, again I and other customers had to go and grab our own boxes before leaving the store which was holding up lines. I hope my next visit is a better experience. *EDIT* I've gone back to this Costco a dozen times now and haven't had a repeat of that experience including on busy days like the long weekend. I'll chalk it up to them just having a bad day and hope it doesn't happen again.

Best prices for the stuff they stock. They do require a membership. If you need big portions at the best price this is the place. It’s not for everybody because not everyone needs 5 pounds of baby carrots but if you are selective about what you buy you will save money. Costco always has the best quality of choices and if something does go wrong on something is not up to par they have the best return policy ever. The store is well lit and clean and always well stocked. I have shopped at Costco for years and have always enjoyed it. We love shopping at Costco in Edmonton and when we travel we often stop at other Costco stores. We usually find similar experiences at these stores with one exception. The store in Red Deer always gives my wife a bad experience and the first couple of times she thought maybe someone had a bad day and left it at that. The last time we stopped to pick up some lunch and when we got there only one person was in line ahead of us. The que soon filled up and they got very busy. I got our drinks and brought them to our vehicle, my wife watched while everyone in the que who had come after her were served, at one point she mentioned to a staff member that people coming after her had gotten their food before her and some with the same food. He just looked at her order and put it aside. I went into the store to see what was taking so long and she asked again. He then told her he had just put on another batch of chicken and it would be an additional 3 minutes. The thing is her pizza was on the shelf getting cold and several people who ordered after her got their chicken first. She felt the employee was racist and after complaining to a manager she left with cold pizza and her long awaited chicken. Needless to say we won’t be stopping at this location again.

Best prices than any other place, even though they don't have variety from brands, it is more like one or two products from brands, like original dove and sensible, but they do have a fear enough variety of products. They usually offer samples in the places, more on Saturdays. Good bread, I love the roasted chicken from here. If you like hot dogs, they have the best hot dog ever for only 1.50$ or something close to that.

Its Costco, what more can I say? Actually, wherever I travel in the US or Canada, I stop by the local Costco. This Red Deer location is at first somewhat confusing get to but not an issue really. It seems a LOT bigger once inside. Selection seems fantastic (compared to some Costco's in the States, or the one I go to). A typical great selection of fresh meats, poultry and seafood, as well as the common dry goods, vegetables, wines, etc. Foot traffic is busy as always during the late afternoons & evenings until close...so this Red Deer location must be doing something right!

Went to Red Deer Costco to use our rebate cheque. They asked for my Costco card and when they saw the first name on the card was different than the first name on the cheque, they said they needed to see my wife's card since the first name was not the same, even though it is the same membership account with her as the primary and me as the spouse. They said my wife had to come in from parking lot to show her card. I didn't use the cheque since everyone in line would have had to wait another 10 minutes and was upset with this assinine reqiurement. Even the customer behind me said they were being ridiculous. Can't believe they require my wife to show her card even though it's the same account with me as spouse. What lame reasoning would Costco have for this poorly thought out policy? If they are worried about divorce issues, then the couple wouldn't have the same Costco membership account. Come on Red Deer Costco, your policies are usually better thought out than that. I have not had this problem for the last 7 years using these rebate cheques at any other Costco in Alberta. Red Deer Costco needs to do better than that. Won't stop there again.

It is Costco, it is loud, busy and almost always overwhelming. I find most staff friendly and courteous (which I must say kudos to because it would be hard here). The layout at the till area could use some work to streamline customers through (I recommend turning the snack aisle east to west and having several smaller lanes that funnel customers to the till, it may even help increase snack sales). Avoid fridays unless you are wanting to go to food sample city (this seems to compound the chaos here so if it is overwhelming normally, then especially avoid it then).

I love the availability and the selection of products here, we usually find whatever we need. However, the checkout is where we have issues. The packaging people load your stuff so fast and so disorganized that you feel extremely rushed. Half the time they don't put freezer stuff in freezer bags (we have tons of our own bags, with at least four large freezer bags and plenty of adequate room when packaged properly), and they carelessly throw stuff into bags, squishing things or having them in a bad place to be knocked over and broken. I would rather pack my own stuff, but when you try they get frustrated with you. Not impressed the last three times I've been.

Reading through this particular store's comments, I have decided to go further out of my way and go to Calgary instead. Costco needs to read reviews too! Obviously there's a moral issue at this location. Whether a particular supervisor is working or shift, people deserve respect regardless. I have had issues too before at a particular location, brought it up to a supervisor, second time same issue this particular supervisor acted promptly on it. Another thing to remember, Costco shopping is not a quick run in and out. The Red Deer store as a whole is well run with good people working there. The only warning I have is the tire shop. I just had new tires put on my truck there as the pricing was hard to beat on a specific tire I was looking for. I am particular about my truck and asked that they take care changing out the tires. I was assured they would. When I picked up my truck it was clear they didn’t. They chipped up 2 of the rims on the edge and every rim had evidence of tires been thrown on top of each other. They went through the steps of torquing the wheels, only after over tightening them with an impact gun. This I watched first hand as I was outside waiting. I went home, loosened them off and re-torqued them myself. They were grossly over tightened. I did not go back and complain, I learned from my experience. Not the same level of care you would would get from a proper tire shop.

Costco has just lost my Services, my son and his girlfriend also. Staff and management in Red Deer should be appalled at the way they handled this situation! I asked my kids to go get groceries as I’m sick with pneumonia. I always thought family members can use your card, but I guess that changed a few years ago so I’ve been told. Anyways first off, staff could have just asked him for his drivers license and see we have the same last name BUT NO!! The staff had to go out of their way to make these kids feel like thieves and humiliating them to the point of never going back! Kids had the worst experience ever they said! I feel bad for them because that should have NEVER happened! I phoned to speak with management today and I sensed he didn’t really even care. Kept saying well that’s the policy! No it’s not the policy to make people feel like thieves and humiliate them!!

Horrible! The way the staff are treating customers was horrible. Yelling at customers, not communicating what they needed from the line but getting overly aggressive when people didn’t do it. Staff arguing right on floor in front of customers and Kicking people out left and right. (All wearing masks no one was being rude or breaking the rules) I entered with my spouse and because we didn’t both have our separate cards on us but are on the exact same account, we were told to leave too. (pretty busy, or at least when I go) Cheap price on re-filling propane tank. (located in front of tire shop/car entrance) *Press the green button for assistance at the propane location thing, a guy comes out weigh it/refill it then give you the receipt. Then you go in and pay at any cashier register (tire shop or inside the warehouse) Costco Liquor store located on the left side of front entrance.

Went to Costco for my monthly shopping trip, which I had put off a couple of weeks. I was very impressed with how the team is handling the current crisis. Everyone is calm, explaining the social distancing rules, sanitizing the carts, limiting the number of customers into the warehouse but in a very polite and efficient way. The staff were still friendly, helpful and upbeat. Signage at the door to indicate which products are out of stock, which I thought was smart, especially if that is what you came to Costco to purchase. Kudos to Costco and the Red Deer Staff, you're doing an awesome job!

I just recently went into Costco with my mother that does not have a Costco card. We went to check out at the till our cashier(leola.k) started off but briefly telling my mother and I that we could not do separate orders, but she was able to subtotal our order under my membership. Which was completely fine. I get the rules of the membership, I also understand there has to be boundaries to each membership. Anyways, my mother had made a suggestion she would pay with her debit then I can just give her cash after. Mom goes to put in her card and leona snapped at her, in a ignorant tone and said”ummmm only Kayla can pay” I walked over grabbed moms debit and paid. I looked at her and Said “are you kidding me” she again very rudely replied “ NO IM NOT KIDDING, THOSE ARE THE RULES “ I said “I completely understand your rules but the way you delivered the information to me and my mom was uncalled for and unprofessional and you embarrassed me in front of a huge line. She then continued with her attitude and said to “ wow I can tell your having a bad day” which embarrassed me even more. To further this she completely snapped at my mom and didn’t even offer to sign her up as a member, instead she looked at the both of us like we were cheap retards sharing a card, and talked down to us. I’ve never been so humiliated! I love Costco but wow! If someone is unhappy at their job don’t do it or find something else. People that shop at Costco pay to shop there, customer service should be number one.

Warehouse: The Red Deer Costco is one of my favorites. Just the right size and carries a great selection. Pleasant staff and positive atmosphere. Tire Centre: Lately my experience in the tire shop has not gone as well as previous years. The last two visits, I noticed a negative difference in how my vehicle operated afterwards that hadn't previously existed. I and others in my family have gone there for years with different vehicles of varying age, make and model without any problems, so it's unusual. Optometry department: Great service, lovely people, appreciate them!

Ladies at the administrative desk are extraordinarily rude, both in person and over the phone. Despite my best efforts to be polite, I have had multiple negative experiences and been spoken down too in a manner ill befitting any customer service agent. I recently called about the availability of a table set and was given shipping dates when they were expected to arrive. I came in a few days later and paid for said table, only to be told they only had the floor model in stock and that unless I took that table I would have to take a refund. I explained that I had called in and had been told that multiple tables would be in stock so I had come in from out of town to ensure I could buy one, as they were limited to 6 in total. They checked and told me they were in transit and I was able to convince the desk agent to contact me when they arrived so I could pick one up then. I told them I was very grateful that they would do this but was treated rudely. The agent even aurged with me that she had returned my receipt, which she had not, it was left in the photo copier. No apology for the misunderstanding. She threw it on the desk in front of me and stormed away. So I call today because no one had called me back to tell me the table was in. I gave the item # and was told there were 3 in stock. I explained that I was supposed to be contacted about the arrival and the desk agent immediately became rude and I had to explain the situation again. I thanked her sincerely only to have her say yep, and hang up on me. Am honestly tempted to get a refund and spend my money elsewhere.

Awful experience at tire center. Had appt booked for a tire swap. Took 4 hours. They said one of my Tpms sensors wasn’t working, charges me $70 for a new one, and it has never worked to this day. We were in a rush by the end, so they quickly slapped on tires. I got home, and realized they had only filled one tire with 15lbs of pressure. And my center cap was missing. Obviously have very untrained people working there. Now I’m out $70 for my sensor, $ for my center cap, and they sent me away without properly inflating my tires. Scary bad

This Costco Wholesale is located in Gasoline Alley and serves the Red Deer area. Just like every Costco, it is always busy and never a good place for a quick shopping trip! I came here 2 days in a row to fill up my propane tanks, both times I called ahead and asked if I could fill my propane, the answer was yes each time I called. I did this only to discover from someone that works the propane that it was inoperable. I live an hour away and it's a massive inconvenience to get propane, so I would at least expect that the person at customer service would *ask* before just telling me that I can get propane. Instead they are lazy and merely tell you what you want to hear. Not only that but the door greeters are quite rude, you don't need a membership to get food at the restaurant or talk to customer service but they insist you must have one. Waste of time and money to come here.

We asked at the till if we could get help loading a set of shower doors if we bought them and they said absolutely just have to ask on our way out. I love Costco stores and this one in particular because I shop there most of the time. Its exciting to see all the new items they have for customers, and I find most of these are quality. I am not happy with their clothing. 7 or so years ago I could always find clothing for myself and my family, this is not the case anymore. I have not purchased clothing there for at least 7 years, not sure if they changed the people who do the clothing purchasing or what, but not happy with this. I also think they should change the hours and open at 9:00 am not 10:00 am. I am not concerned about their closing time, I like to be there early. Bathroom is ok. Nothing special.

My husband and I have been long time customers but over last 6 months have had interactions with a few very rude employees ranging from cashiers to managers and customer service desk. Also upgraded to executive membership and dividend cheque still has not been received despite 7 times I’ve inquired at customer service desk. What is the point of having executive membership if I never ever get my money and have to be inconvenienced non stop and treated poorly by employees. Been waiting since August. Also never get the coupon books that are supposed to be mailed for executive members and therefore never know when those sales are going on. I’ve started spending less there and going elsewhere because of all this. Customer service just not what it used to be there.

It is nice that they have redone the parking lot. However, Handicap parking is lacking. There should have been wider spots and Van only parking. As a person with a van with a side ramp I have to get out before pulling into the spot. This creates congestion if it is busy.

Have the usual good selection and pricing I expect from Costco. Very friendly and helpful staff for the most part. Very good about refunds. Have to take the item back, then go and get and pay for the new one. The only complaint I have about this location is that they have never been responsive to customer requests. The air freshener they used in their ladies washroom is so perfumey that it made me sick- on 2 separate occasions. I could barely breathe but the manager told me he couldn't do anything about it. This despite their rule that employees can not wear scented products to work. Now I usually go to a different Costco. Their loss.

Very rude and unhelpful staff on the phone. For a company that boasts about a great return policy you really don’t have one. I just called to inquire with the jewellery department and the lady put me though to nobody and hung up. Called again Because I’m trying to inquire on their policy for engagement rings (mine a diamond fell out) and she was very blunt, gave me the bare minimal information and basically tried to end the conversation and I feel more confused before I called. All I wanted was to be told if they deal with replacement diamonds or if I have to go else where. Very disappointed.

What's this relaxation on covid-19, stage 1, I found Costco was also relaxed on social distancing. When they first started they made sure buggies were sanitized people were staying the part and they generally cared. Now with this first stage, people were everywhere, the lineup area people were crowding. I know this should be on most people themselves, but apparently they cannot. They do somehow need to be reminded that social distancing needs to be adhered to. The Costco employees have gone above their needs to keep themselves safe, but unfortunately they need to have to be reminding people of this too.

Brought my girlfriends Toyota Highlander in for winter tires and the battery was dead when they tried to start it. They jump started it backwards and blew out all the electrical. The manager said I got it back home but nothing worked on it. The manager told us to tow it to Toyota and they would take care of everything. After a 200 dollar towing bill and an estimate of 5000 dollars they decide "Oh we aren't going to take care of it". Now we're fighting with their insurance. Don't trust peoples word...

Costco never dissapoints. It has fantastic prices and selection of general merchandise and groceries. It's also a fantastic place to stop to grab a cheap lunch. Beware the long gas station lineups, it sometimes feels like whatever savings I get at the pump get burned while waiting in line. Despite how crazy busy the store is you can usually clear the check out quite quickly.

My first time to Costco today to buy groceries was the worst experience ever. Didn’t know that you need to be a member to get in the store. The greeter/person at the entrance also didn’t mention or stopped us for telling about it in advance. I spent my valuable time in shopping and at the check out, I was told I couldn’t shop without being a member so I have to leave my cart there and went home empty handed. Worst experience ever and I felt very upset that I won’t go there second time let alone being a member.

Renewed my membership online before coming in as I wasn't aware you could do it at the till.. at the bottom of the renewal page it said the card is good to use immediately at the Costco store - perfect. So get to the till and am told that my card isn't renewed and they will add the fee to my bill. I show my online receipt from today saying it has been paid for and a manager arrives to review it. This is where I got rude, snappy attitude about "their rules" and this "isn't the way we do things" and I "should never do it online ever and only at the till" etc. Unfortunately being a member once and renewing once I wasn't aware you could renew at the till. The snappy attitude wasn't called for and left a sour taste in my mouth.

The tire shop is terrible, I’ve been going there because of the price and almost every time there is a problem, previously you used to have to line up at 5 AM to get tires swapped out, this time I booked an appointment time online which is super nice that you can do now. Only they turned me away when I arrived because I haven’t bought tires for this vehicle from them, husband bought tires from them for our other vehicle, but they said that doesn’t count. What’s the point of paying for a membership?!?! I was told that it is a new policy in the tire shop but they don’t even have the decency to call you and let you know this or post it on the appointment booking page? Just as we got there card has got a few items in it but still had to get the Kleenex and toilet paper the lights had been going on and off the whole time and it was just backup generators and they were hurting people to the front of the store because they were closing and the lineup was horrendous and lights went back on but they didn't say okay go back in shop so I don't know if they closed for the day or reopened after the lights went on for the last time. But always remember you don't have to go to the counters that are by the pharmacy sneak through the candy aisle to go to the other side of the tills and you'll find Charter lineup there LOL

I've never had a Costco card, but broke down and bought one after hearing about the savings. From reading articles about Costco, I knew that the lack of signs and labels was a marketing strategy to cause people to wander and buy stuff they didn't need. That didn't surprise me. What did surprise and disgust me was the lack of customer service. I was looking for a particular item and asked a nearby worker. He said he didn't work that area and pointed to a couple guys several meters away and completely dismissed me. No offer to help look, no offer to go get the other staff members. No help from him at all. Before I could reach the other staff members, they quickly walked away. I found another staff member sitting in a chair and asked her. Same response: she didn't know, wouldn't help, and didn't even move. In what kind of store do employees not even have any idea about what products they carry or where they are? In what kind of store do employees dismiss you with no offer to help in anyway? Now I know why Canada is losing our customer service reputation. I wont be back.

Tire Shop line-up in order to pick-up your vehicle (even though everything has been paid in advance) is too long. The pick-up takes all of 20 seconds after waiting in line. Meanwhile there are Tire Shop attendants regularly coming back and forth with work orders. Warehouse is fabulous just as it is anywhere else.

A lady was very rude about where I had my cart (first time being there so I was unsure on how they worked) the woman yanked the cart out of my hands while my 5 month old baby was in the cart. Then proceeded to tell me he can't be in there but did not give me time to grab him before she sent the cart down to the end of the till and told me to get him at the end. I was standing behind a very belligerent customer today at the Red Deer Costco who couldn’t seem to figure out how to use the tap on his Mastercard or the insertion method and was getting quite rude. I’m proud Dodd was very professional even while dealing with such a rude person. He made a comment at the end of the transaction that Dodd had laughed at him and he was going to complain. Love to be able to go here. Whether we are getting a delicious hot pizza or looking to stock up the pantry, Costco is the place to shop. I wish there was one closer than having to drive 18-22 hours. Their dried fruits and meats (jerkies) are among our favorites. Of course, you can't go wrong with the peanut M&Ms. The only downside to this store is that it is usually very busy. The checkout staff is fast and efficient and we never have to wait an unreasonable amount of time.
