Darlene and Sharon were absolutely amazing. For a first time Pawn I was a bit Leary but after the ladies at cash Canada helped me I was happy and satisfied with the experience. I felt I was looked after fairly and was loaned an appropriate amount for my goods. They were as nice as anyone in sales and service as I’ve ever been lucky enough to cross paths with. I’d recommend the red deer location to anyone local and or from elsewhere.

Bought a phone here for my sister. They said all it needed was a 5 dollar sim card tray, so I didnt bother buying the 10 dollar warranty thinking it was a quick fix. Spent all of the next day running around to fix it only to be told something was jammed in the sim card slot and it's a $200 fix. I went back the next day with the phone and receipt and explained the situation hoping they would have decent customer service and return it. I was told by the girl there to sell it on FB marketplace... A BROKEN PHONE!...(Sorry I wont lower myself to your shady ways and rip the next person off). They ended up buying the phone back off of me for a little over half of what I paid. Dishonest, bad customer service and A COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Very unprofessional staff. Very rude and careless. Bought a Bluetooth speaker, got home it doesn't hold power for more than an hour. On my return, they started laughing at me suggesting I get a credit card instead of cash back. They are very disrespectful staff. When I said I don't need a credit card from the store, they insisted if I needed my money back they gonna cut off to half. I will not recommend anyone to this store unless you're desperate. Th really lack customer care services.

This location has been a huge help in my situation. We have been together for almost a year. Every 2 weeks they see me and the staff is very accommadating and friendly. I was very leery about using them in a time of need, but I am very glad that I decided to over look my feelings and use the service that they provide. Looked at a makita mitersaw with stand today. It was in good condition. Price was 550 on the tag. I let the guy no he was selling for full new price. He said let me see what I can do. He came back and said he couldn’t budge on price because it wasn’t in the store long enough. Same set up at Home Depot was 445 plus tax and 540 at Lowe’s new. Looks like cash canada jumped on the sell to make money band wagon. Not sure when pawn shop items sell for new prices, but what a joke. Lucky’s pawn was high but not out to lunch like these guys. Best place to sell stolen goods in Red Deer. They seem to not care. My truck was broken into last night. I tried giving them a description of the tools and the container that they might be coming in with and the MANAGER said point blank that if I didn't have serial numbers to prove it it didn't matter. I could describe every one of the tools and condition. She did not care at all. Every other pawn shop asked details and asked for my name and number.
