They moved to a new location next to Jean Coutu on Pierrefonds blvd corner St-Jean. I always receive great service there. They do their best to make sure that you are completely satisfied. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my prescription glasses.

Bizarrement, ils demande la carte d'assurance maladie et ce n'est pas normal quand vous n'avez pas à voir un spécialiste.... surtout ne l'a donner pas! Prétexte que les dossier sont classer avec votre numéro, pourtant c votre numéro de téléphone qu'ils demande afin de trouver votre dossier....

They are highly professional, patient, give terrific help in choosing glass frames that are attractive for facial features, are NOT money grabbers re the costs of services and products and get ro know YOU over time! I have nothing but positive regards for them!

My wife and I have gotten our last three pair of Glasses here over five years. Yes they are busy, but when you consider the extra work required because of covid-19, it is understandable that time is required to keep everyone safe. My glasses are perfect as is the service. They take the time required to ensure that the glasses fit and are convertible. I'll be returning when I need new glasses.

The only reason I give such a high note is because of the technician who is wonderful. I started the process of gettig glasses 3 1/2 months ago and still can't use any oh the 3 to 4 pairs of glasses they delivered to me. I even had 2 eye exams. Maybe if the optometrist did her job instead of phoning it in, it would be better. Or at the very least have one that knows how to do her job (in my opinion anyway...).

This clinic is so unorganized it's horrible. They lose your files and your prescriptions and it's a pain. The employees are nice and all but it's so unorganized, I'm never going back.
