I was really excited to have my first optical exam and glasses purchase at True North today, and I sure was not disappointed. The facilities are gorgeous, clean, sparkling new. The staff were incredibly courteous, efficient and knowledgable. Vincent gave what was probably the most thorough eye exam I've had in my 40+ years of wearing glasses. The collection of frames feels like they were hand selected. One thing I typically dislike about selecting new frames is having to wade through shelves and shelves of unattractive, low quality and downright ugly frames. I made my initial selections today in under 15 minutes and could clearly tell that each style of frame on display had been carefully considered as being an appropriate selection for their clientelle. I can hardly wait to go back when the completed products are back. Thank you for creating an awesome new business in our city's downtown core!

A great experience from start to finish. Extremely easy to book your appointment online, with reminders about your upcoming appointment. From the moment you walk in the door the staff are friendly and welcoming. Dr. Budac is thorough and never felt rushed, you can really see his passion or his profession in his approach. He also saw my 4 year old son, and he was amazing with him, using fun and creative ways to have his tests done. The clinic is also beautiful! more evidence of the amazing talents we have in Prince George. I recommend True North Optometry to everyone!

Wonderful experience from Vince, Emily and their team at True North Optometry! What a great addition to the downtown core in general - beautifully appointed, well stocked, and great customer service from people who eat, breath and sleep eye care. That's very...clear (pun intended).. Ended up going with Garrett Leight frames and custom lenses to help my eyes that look at a computer screen 12 hours a day (work + play). These have made working and staring at the screen easier and more productive in general to be honest. Have received some compliments on them too - what a bonus! Will be going back for all my eye care needs!

Firstly, I was very impressed with True North Optometry’s fabulous street appeal and exterior design. As I walked by their shop, my interest was peaked so I decided to go inside to see more. I had already decided previously, to replace my current eyewear, so this was a perfect opportunity to see what they had to offer. This office is about so much more than getting your eyesight checked. When I went in for my eye exam, I mentioned I had vertigo. For 3 months I had tried various of the usual treatments with no success. It was affecting my life significantly. After 1 week of light therapy offered in the office with follow up at home, I was seeing improvement. 6 weeks later, I'm feeling back to my normal self.
