I got my first pair of glasses from Nechako Optometry about three years ago. Since then they have taken good care of me and my glasses. They make sure the glasses fit correctly and my annual eye exam is quick, efficient, and informative. No complaints here.

My first experience with Nechako Optometry was approx 20years ago yet I continue to be amazed at the superb level of service I receive from the doctors, management and staff!! I live 6 hours away in Kamloops (where we have lots of optometrists!) but I still prefer to have my exams done at Nechako Optometry and buy my contacts and glasses there. At this latest exam in August Dr Logan gave me a comprehensive exam using state of the art equipment and was able to reassure me that a lesion in my eye was a totally benign ‘freckle’ of sorts and would not affect my eyesight in future. She also spent time explaining the different kinds of contacts available to me and sent me home with 4 different contact combinations to trial. After discovering which combination worked best for me I ordered my contacts online and literally within two business days they were delivered to my house in Kamloops! Amazing! My husband teaches chemistry and was struggling with either wearing his goggles without his glasses or trying to fit the goggles over his glasses. We were talking to Susan (manager) about this in passing at my exam and she suggested prescription safety goggles for him. Who knew there was such a thing?? He was also able to order safety goggles with progressive lenses in his prescription and they were also shipped to us within a week and in time for the new school year! It feels like ‘family’ whenever we go there I very much consider it my ‘home clinic’. Thanks you for your kindness and caring!!!

Nechako optometry have been my optometrist office, since the early 1990s. Both my daughter and myself are paitents at this office. Exceptional service, great ladies and gents that work there. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Worst customer service I have ever had. Trying to figure out why my extended Warrenty isn't covered for a lens popping out of my frame from glasses I received from nechako optometry. These glasses I received in April of this year. Not only was the lady rude and unhelpful. She was very insinuating on the phone like I was the one that damaged the glasses. When clearly it was a fault of the company that does the lens for them. I for one will never go back. Nothing wrong with the frame at all.

Recently I had an eye issue and when I called they got me in that day. They did a thorough exam and found some oddities and immediately sent a referral to an eye surgeon. I have been going to Nechako Optometry since I was a child and now my children go to Dr. Greydanus And Dr. Logan. I cant rave about them enough. They are incredibly intelligent doctors who are very diligent and thorough. They've always been accommodating to my family and very easy to talk to even when my small child has a million questions. They make us feel very comfortable everytime we come in, The staff is always very friendly and welcoming

Racist... My Step kid went in for exam and new glasses. We phoned ahead of time to leave the extended plan number. But they just assumed he had status and only status.. Never looked at the notes on file. Took him to Parker Optometrist gets his pick of glasses fully covered. Go figure.

Such a great Optometry office!! This office has it all - friendly, welcoming staff to everyone who came into the office, polite and respectful 'pre-test' staff and excellent Doctors who thoroughly (and very kindly) explained everything happening with my eyes. I have always had issues with my eyes, and am very thankful to find such a wonderful office where I feel respected and heard as a patient, not pressured or where the focus is on sales vs patient welfare. So thank you so much Nechako - you are the best!!
