My husband and I were looking to buy him glasses and spent about half an hour trying out frames. It was quite busy and looked like there were only two people working, but one employee was looking after a few people at a time while the other seemed to be working with one person in particular. We tried to get the attention of both, but we weren't acknowledged at all. In fact neither even looked at us, much less said hello. We decided to leave since we weren't getting any service.

Awesome selection and a friendly helpful staff. They set me up with the best frames and lenses to suit my lifestyle and saved me money at the same time. The staff was very knowledgeable and they were able to answer any questions I had. Overall it was an excellent experience and I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs some new eyewear!

felt very rushed. I ordered two pair; was not happy with the glasses I ordered due to being rushed. My one pair of frames were warped when i got them, so I told them about it ... They told me to bring them in; they took my lens' out of the warped frame and put them into a new frame and tried to send me on my way... I noticed that the lens did not fit the frame snug, I could put my nail in between the lens and frame. They assured me that the lens was in snug and it would not fall out... Again rushing me out. I told them I was not happy with this because over time dust will collect in that little gap between the lens and frame. The one lady working seemed to be annoyed with me. Then they told me they will have to order new lens to properly fit the frame. They did fix the Problems... But there were too many problems for my liking.

I was having a terrible day and was greeted and served my the male individual on Wednesday late afternoon with the best customer service I have received in so long. I needed new frames urgently as my arm broke off and he went out of his way to match it with every single frame in the store. Not only did we find one, he also went out of his way the very next day to deliver the frames to my door out of his day. So impressed!
