They took vary good care of me. They even payed to replace a lens that was messed up . The optometrist is vary nice and very good at what he does . They have lots of reasonable priced frames and will even help you find the pair that looks the best on you . I am vary happy to be a customer here!

Great service, and had no issues with delivery date on contacts. In fact, they were willing to give me some more trial boxes of lenses for free to hold me out until the contacts came in! Awesome service, and super nice people! Would recommend!

worst place ever ! I bought 2 pairs and neither pair were done right ! Then when i brought them back because i was getting severe headaches, i decided I would get the prescription checked out at walmart , and there were way off the mark ! ( and the people i talked to while i was ( at the Vision Clinic ) told me they were having the same issue as well ) ! In the end, they only fixed the one pair ! but led me to believe they fixed both ! ( when both pair were wrong )!, and i didn't find out until i scratched the lenses on the first pair, and put the second pair on. They are deceitful rude and vindictive ! when i confronted them, about it ! I don't recommend them !!!!

Awesome experience! We got glasses contacts and sunglasses for a large family. Each one of us was given personal attention, and they made sure the frames suited each person. Also had our eye tests done here, and we were very happy.

Fariba has always given us top notch service when it comes to our eyewear. Dealing with this location for over 10 years and if we had any issues it was looked after quickly with a smile. My last visit was because my prescription had changed with in about 14 months since my last set of new glasses...no pressure for new frames as I liked the ones I had...picked up today loaded with new lenses....quick and easy.....with a much clearer look on life.

Even though I no longer live in the city, I have continued to go to the Welland Vision Clinic because I appreciate their outstanding staff. I tend to have exceptionally high expectations when it comes to customer service, and their staff has ALWAYS managed to exceed these. They genuinely care about their customers and have been nothing but warm, welcoming, and helpful when it comes to addressing my needs. Their attentiveness, patience, and willingness to go above and beyond is a rare occurrence these days in the service industry, but the staff at the Vision Clinic embody all of these attributes each and every time I require their assistance. I cannot imagine going anywhere else for my vision-related needs. I’m truly grateful that such a wonderful bunch of people exists in the healthcare profession. They. Are. Awesome.

Let me tell you why Vision Clinic is amazing. Their products are affordable for most people, and they offer a very nice line of designer frames for anyones tastes, as well as non designer. The warranty on the frames can't be beat!! Michelle, an employee there has helped me with my glasses for years now.. Shes SOO good at her job that when I came in to replace my glasses, the first pair of glasses she chose for me, were a hit. That tells me something. She knows how to fit glasses to peoples faces, she knew and remembered my style and what i liked. She knew my budget. And best of all, she was honest with what i tried on after that wouldn't look "as good" for my face. Thats why i keep comming back. Michelle is top notch customer service. Im very excited for my new glasses to come in. Thank you Michelle!

Amazing experience! I have had eye issues for years and was never properly diagnosed until I went to this clinic! I now have all the proper answers so I am able to live more comfortably! Also the staff is amazing as well and made my first visit a very pleasant one, felt as if I had known them forever! The Vision Clinic has the best customer service. They truly care about ensuring that the frames you choose fit your face shape and your sense of style. I always go to Fariba because she has the best fashion sense and helps me pick out exactly what I'm looking for before I know what I want. It's like having a personal shopper, I wish I could take her clothes shopping. I've never had a problem, they always go above and beyond! :)

Wonderful experience from first time visit this clinic with my 5 years daughter ,we both has eyes exam, Dr. incredible, made exam fun as possible for little munchkin , supportive staff no words, absolutely love it and definitely get my husband switch his Dr to this clinic. Thank you for your incredible job. Oop : before coming make sure you put mask on .Lol

They put the wrong prescription in my wife's glasses with the lenses not sitting within the tolerance allowed and when she broght them back they said they were fine so she brought them to her eye Dr and he tested them only to find out they are off by 6 degrees and 7 degrees with one of the lenses "fishbowled" I would advise against using this place and find a more reputable company to service your needs

Friendly and easy to buy high end product. Apparently warranty is quit different. They put lenses in my Oakley frames that never fit. Now replacement Olga frames on back-order. You wait till they contact you ! Don't dare check and see why you don't have your glasses back 10 days later. F$%$% Make that 20 days and counting. After a month of waiting I called and was told frames are discontinued. "Can I have a refund ?" No we don't do that. Don't ever shop here. Blind leading the blind. No pun intended. Awful awful service. No commission no service. Should be on Eastmain beside the new businesses site of old Hope house location. So new story frames sent to other location. I'm done with this place. Now I have a pair of Olga rimless that fall off all the time and a pair of full frame Olga transitions with a split frame. Not one contact from Vision Clinic just a new story every time I contact. I took first pair in Tuesday June 6 and was told it was Saturday June 10. They can keep their warranty. I'm sure the wait was to see if they got credit for defective frames. Unprofessional grinders. 2000 employees with benefits . That's my workplace and shared my experience with everyone.

Apparently they don't keep you RX on file and they're "not responsible for this" or for documenting it in their data base of client files. Lol so now I do not have a RX.. yet I have paid for it.. The doctor sent me home with two RX's one for glasses and one for contacts. The front desk took both as I told them I'd like to order contacts. I called today to order my contacts, they told me I couldn't order them, even though I was previously told I could lol, because I'd need a contact lens fitting which they aren't doing right now due to COVID (this is reasonable). However, I have been wearing contacts for 6 years, and I would have never ever booked the appointment here had I known that I wouldn't even be able to utilize my RX. So, that's totally fine, whatever, this is why I requested my RX so I can take it to another Optometry Clinic to order contacts, glasses whatever. And they told me they do not have my RX, nor is it their responsibility to record it.. WHAT!? Lol so bizarre. Apparently only the Optometrists keep this documented, so you need to get in contact with them before you can get a copy of your RX and they don't work everyday. And honestly, what if the optometrist left this clinic? How would you ever access your RX? I personally don't remember the name of ever doctor I see or forget shortly after the appointment. And even if you do remember their name are you supposed to then try to track them down for your prescription? Lol, it's a very backwards situation here and I'd stay away. There are so many better Optical offices out there.

I believe when you but a new car it suppose to comes without milage. Shouldn't it be the same for glasses? Yet they sell you their floor model. We don't know how often they've been opened and closed? Dropped? Just be aware that they've been on many other people's faces......

I would highly recommend this clinic. The owners are extremely helpful, kind and patient. They are quick to fix any issues you may have and go above and beyond the call of duty to help their clients, whom they treat like family. They also make picking the perfect sunglasses/glasses easy and stress free. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a new place to shop. :)
