Last Monday I was on Mark's website browsing for winter boots. Being in business locally, I try to shop local as often as I can. I found the boots I wanted and was notified that the Perth store had 1 set left however when I tried to put them in the cart it said not available. I decided to call the Perth store and inquire. I was informed by the girl who answered the phone that they were doing something else and that they could not assist me. She told me to use the website, had she listened she would of known I had. Obviously Mark's didn't need my business and it doesn't keep her employed so I went over to Amazon's website. I found the exact same boots, ordered them on Monday. They shipped Tuesday and I had them by Thursday. According to Mark's website it could of taken 7 days for someone to go to the back of the Perth store, pick up those boots and arrange to have them ready for curbside pickup so I even was able to receive them faster through Amazon. Really hard to shop local when the business doesn't seem to want your business.

Went in there a couple days ago. The store has a great, quality assortment of items; such as clothes, footwear, blankets, slippers, lipbalms... however one of the footwear items looked like it was extremely dirty, which is more on the brand Marks, not the workers. The management is awful. Got in and not a single worker in view, a few people actually left after waiting for awhile with no one coming out to help. When workers actually came out they were surprised to find we had been waiting... the workers were nice but there is not enough of them. People were asking for help but then the workers would have to run back to the cash since they were working as the cashier and a store clerk. No blame on the workers since they are only doing their job and were good to help, but they need to hire more employers... because the employers seemed exhausted. But no wonder because they have to do every single job at once which is not a great look for the brand and will drain the workers which isn't fair.

I bought a pair of winter work boots here and the sole of the right boot let go brought them in to this Mark's and they did everything they could for me. They exchanged my sale price i bought them at and even had the exact same pair shipped to this store. They didnt give me a hard time like other retailers stellar service would deff be going back.

Very disappointed, Noone was helpful at all the winter steel toe boots I wanted was in stock on the website, and when I got there they Tel me they don't have it or they have to go outside to there storage container.. I used to shop all the time at Mark's. Loved there clothing line, quality and price. I now find the clothing cheaply made no style cost too expensive. Bring in other clothing companies doesn't work for me. Please bring back the old Mark's or you will not be seeing me.

Having the worst experience with online shopping so far. Apparently when you order things that say they're in stock at your local store...it doesn't matter my order got placed at a store nearly an hour away despite saying in stock in Perth. Now I have to wait days- week to get my order for pick up- I could of had it delivered at that rate. When trying to cancel order told you can't after 15 minutes lmao even though order is pending. Not this locations fault - Marks in general. It's great being an essential worker/ nurse unable to get needed new shoes.
