Twice I have purchased cell phones at this location. My first experience Taylor went above and beyond to get me the phone I wanted from another location. When the phone took longer than expected in shipping the staff was open and clear with their communication and made sure any concerns I had were dealt with. This past week I bought another phone from Joey and once again received top notch service. In and out quickly and everything clearly explained and dealt with. This store has some of the best customer service out of any location or other box store I’ve been to. Highly recommend having Taylor and her team handle any of your needs.

Stood at the till for 15 minutes waiting to buy some headphones. Both store assistants didn't acknowledge me throughout, both were busy setting up phones that were clearly going to take alot longer than just the 15 minutes I had waited. A 3rd team memeber came out from the back and left for home about 5 minutes into my wait. Maybe acknowledgement from the staff would have encouraged me to wait longer but instead I left to spend elsewhere rather than be ignored.

Has been rebuilt onto warrs pharmacy. The prices are a little steep and they dont usually carry anything of a quality brand, or at least they sellout of stock quickly leaving cheap no name brands. If your looking for bang for your buck you would be better off ordering from Amazon.

I had a great experience at this store! I had a problem with my phone for a month, and 2 wonderful staff Rav and Cole were so helpful! They were both trying to figure out what was wrong with my phone because I couldn't receive any local calls beside my husbands. They were on the phone with Virgin for some time. I ended up spending 3 hours with them to fix my phone. They did not have a bad attitude whatsoever, extremely positive people just trying to help me figure out what was wrong (turned out there was something wrong with my phone number so I switched to a new one.) They genuinely care about their customers and their needs, so I really recommend coming to this store if you have questions with your phone or anything to do with electronics!

Absolutely terrible service. I went in to buy a lightening to digital AV adapter, it didn't work so I went to return it and the employee told me he informed me on the return policy for Apple products. He never did and was so rude when I kindly told him he didn't. That didn't matter to me, I bought a product that didn't work and if I needed to get in contact with Apple directly that's fine by me but going in there for help and being called liar isn't something you should do to customers. On another note when I went into the source to get a new phone because my phone broke I couldn't use my phone protection which I paid for so I was like ok ill just buy a phone outright. No you can't buy a phone outright there and not only that but if I bought a phone then I couldn't use my protection plan to have my other phone fixed. Never had this problem any where else so just a word of warning. Prince rupert source in particular has some of the worst customer service I've seen and I don't recommend going there at all. I'd suggest either wallmart or Andres, you can find almost anything you need there. Not too many places to choose in town unfortunately.

Hello, I had a really unpleasant experience at your Perth location. I firmly and respectfully asked to see the store manager and the salesperson tried to go get them, but then came back and said they wouldn't come talk to me. I explained that I needed to return an item due to financial hardship, and firmly asked to see the manager again, but the salesperson mocked me and refused. I firmly and respectfuly asked for the manager's name since they wouldn't come to the door and she said that she wouldn't give it to me. It was very poor customer service. Your return policy should be displayed on the door of the store and it wasn't. It was never explained to me how my item will be refunded. I am super disapointed and will never shop at the source again for my electronic needs. The manager should have handled the situation and come to the door instead of letting her salesperson handle the situation, and the salesperson should not be insulting and mocking a customer. I have worked in retail and this was poor customer service. I am extremely disapointed @thesource!

I moved to Parry Sound area three months ago and the first place I called was The Source to get advice about setting up mobile internet service. I talked with Tauno and he has been my "go to person" ever since. He set me up with Bell Mobility for internet service, then I bought a printer, and yesterday Tauno spent three hours on the phone to switch my phone plan to Virgin and set up my new phone. Tauno gets it done and I can trust he is thinking about what is best for me. Highly recommended.

Travis Ingles is the lovely gentleman that helped me and he was so patient and informative with me and all my questions! The Source posts OPEN on Sundayat 11:00 am on the website. The sign on the door states OPEN at 12:00 - 5:00 pm on Sunday. Although there was staff in the store they made no exception to open at the Website posted times for clients who arrived from long distances. Nice store but staff was NOT interested in maintaining customer service for people who responded to an inaccurate website.

The lady appeared to be clueless on times of operation for the day. “Maybe they are on their lunch?” Clearly was definitely not will to help me out. Thank goodness for North Mart coming to my rescue. Perhaps staff should keep the gate open until correct time of closure.

I’ve went in there a couple times and each time I go in , everyone looks miserable , sitting behind the counter with dirty looks on their face . Trying to ask for help is pointless , I didn’t get the help that I needed the times that I had asked. I feel like I’m irritating them by simply asking a question or to ask them for help with something. They act annoyed by helping customers it seems. I tried to shoot a smile at them but got straight faces / snobby looks back, I’m disappointed with the service they provide here, you’d think they would have a happier more outgoing staff that does their JOB to help, assist and welcome customers not to sit behind the counter with their heads down ignoring the customers acting uptight. I’ve went in a couple different times and it’s always awkwardness and tension, leaving with unanswered questions.. I will be going elsewhere for now on.

We recently upgraded both iPhones at this store....one phone would no longer charge and was running out of battery quickly...bit of a issue transferring data to new phone in a short period but Jacquelyn did the job ???????? Transferring the data on the other phone was a major issue because I had never set up my iCloud account properly....Mike eventually had to complete this complex task for us.???????? So thankful for the knowledgeable staff at this store ...as well as the friendly service ..shout out to Dave who helped us determine which new iPhones to select. So glad this store is right in Picton!! Will be back for sure. Thanks again guys for all your help...much appreciated ????

Worse source ever. Ordered my laptop and paid for it on Wednesday and they said it will come from Vernon on Friday. Never showed up I called they said it will come monday. Monday comes nothing. Come Tuesday I had to call them again at 4pm at the end of the day to see what was going on. When they finally said ohh yea It just” came today you can come and pick it up. Customer service is ZERO Stay away. Take your business elsewhere.

I went in for an SD card for my 4 year old phone and ended up with a new phone with bigger storage, headphones, a case and protector and spent less up front than I would for the SD card and upgraded my plan to 4x the data gb for even less than I paid for my old phone! Was into your store Tuesday evening and had a good experience trying to pick out a set of headphones. I was debating between beats and AirPods but also didn’t want to spend that kind of money on something that could not be returned. Your helpful staff led me to Headrush which is a house brand and informed that I can try these at no risk. Although I did not like the headphones and there was a slight mix up returning them your store straightened it out and I am pleased.

I went in today looking to possibly switch my family over to bell. As we haven't been happy with our current carrier, but after talking with one of their very friendly and detailed staff we went over to look at some possible phones we could get when we switch over. I was shocked with the film of dust that was on the phone's and on the counter they sat on. It was quite odd as the rest of the store was quite clean. After seeing that I was turned off from switching and told the staff that I would think about it. But I just couldn't believe the amount of dust on those phones looked like they have been left uncleaned for a few weeks now. They really need to step their game up in that part of the store as the rest was fine.
