So i ordered a couple of things online and payed for them, thinking that, due to covid, i could stay out of the store and make things safer for everybody. Turns out you still have to wait in line, go in the store, right to the back, wait around and go through the cash, even though you have paid for your items. Kind of defeats the purpose of online ordering.

This is the place to go for your hardware supplies in Parry Sound. It is off the beaten track as it in on the north side of town but easy to access via a number of exits off the highway. The staff here is very knowledgeable and will help you find just what you need. Lots of souvenir type products as well as the usual nuts and bolts. Believe ot or not the Mayor of Parry Sound works there and has helped me on a number of occasions. Ask if you can't find something and they will probably have it.

Awesome Store. My "go to" place for hardware supplies, especially for unique challenges. Their weekly flyer specials are frequently worth the price of admission. Staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and if they do not have it, usually offer to look it up and order in without requesting. Thanks to ALL the employees who worked through COVID, and put up with grumpy customers! Can't wait till their popcorn machine gets turned back on. PS Lilly still gets her dog bone @ the cash.

Went in to get a key set made, got our keys made, reached home checked the keys and it didn’t work. I was travelling a distance and coincidentally due to delays I reached the same time as my partner because if not I’d have been locked out for more than 4 hours. Went to another home hardware closer to home, and asked them if they’d replace the key only to be told the key departments are store specific. Upon showing them the receipt they told us the key we were given was literally the wrong size.. and that we would need to go back all the way to Parry sound to get a refund -_- or replacement.

These guys are amazing. I had a last-min bbq gas connection appointment only a few days out and Wayne and Jamie from the store managed to get me sorted + bbq delivered without me there, SAME DAY. We get up north that night and it’s there waiting for the gas hookup appt with no issues. Thanks team. The staff makes all the difference.

I had called several times to discuss their customer service guy telling me to shop elsewhere due to his extreme rudeness. Phone calls have not been returned . Online orders do not get filled until you phone in and ask why you have not been emailed back or called days later. Very disapointed. Not what it was

I love this store. It is fairly near our cottage so we go there to get a lot of our tools, lawnmower, microwave, nails, fasteners, outdoor mat, shower massager, deck hardware, ceiling fans, and some home decor stuff. We have asked advice for things over the years and it has been great. They don't carry wood at this location but there is another Home Hardware builders location on the other side of town. Oh, and they have a popcorn machine as you come in the store!
