Wonderful frames, something for everyone. Great style for the price. I was fortunate enough to get an examination. Through super neat to have a view of my optic nerve. Comprehensive exam with a thorough optometrist. The ladies at the front helped me with my glasses and were super nice. Loved the experience.

It was a great experience during my first visit to Bailey Nelson. My exam started at the appointment time without any delay. The assessment was thorough and interactive in each and every step. Worth pointing it out that the doctor not only clearly explained the observations but was well responsive to my questions. And I found the staff helpful and friendly. We received excellent service from this new eye glasses store in Westboro (Ottawa). The new eye doctor Dr. Jesse Alibrando provided us with very careful patient care. His chair side manners were exemplary! We then took our prescriptions over to the two opticians, who took the necessary time to ensure we picked the right glasses!
