Even though their sign says outside prescriptions are welcomed, they are not. I went here to purchase eyeglasses but they insisted I book an appointment to get an eye exam from them before being able to enter the store. I explained to them my prescription has not changed in 10 years but they kept pushing me to book an eye exam with them. I guess they really didn't want me to purchase glasses from them. This is clearly a tactic to force you to get an eye exam with them so no, outside prescriptions are not welcome here.

When dealing with the opticians / choosing your glasses part, request to have Jane help you out. If she's not available then Joey is great too. Jane and Joey are great with customer service, especially Jane she is sensitive to ensure you do not feel pushed into a purchase. Jane and Joey explain well and let you decide, I cannot say the same for the others unfortunately.

I don't normally write reviews but I will say this -> I purchased glasses and that transaction went very well - the customer service associate was very pleasant and accommodating. I was promised that the glasses were to come in a certain time and it went past the date with no phone call so I decided to call in regarding the status. The person who was on the phone with me started to look for them but did not ask for my name and put me on hold to look for someone else's glasses who she thought I was him. I was confused and gave her my name and went on hold again to find mine. No definitive answer about my glasses, and said we will call you soon for an update. I asked her what is the refund policy? and was told me that there is no manager on site right now to tell you. Confused, I looked at other stores in the meantime to see if I can get a similar pair as I needed them. I come in the store to simply ask for a refund, unfortunately they did not give me a refund and said only on certain glasses but gave me a discount, haha now I have them

I went to Pearle Vision 2 years ago for new glasses, i was very satisfied that i was able to get 2 designer frames for the same price that another company would have charged for one designer and one cheaper frame. Ordered the glasses, my pair of lenses were somewhat off, the optometrist conducted another exam and adjusted my prescription for free. Pearle Vision sent away my glasses for new replacement lenses, when i received them they were perfect. Very satisfied, they are busy so you have to be prepared to wait while they assist other customers.

I ordered glasses from this location Aug.4. I was told it would be 7-10 days, maybe sooner. Well today is Aug. 18th and I still don't have my glasses and haven't heard from the store that there is a problem or not. With all the eye wear retailers in Vancouver you would think service would be the hallmark of success. Apparently this is not the case with Pearlvision. Would certainly not recommend this company.

My mother (Rodelia) and I had such an amazing experience with joey he was really kind and helpful, he really took good care of us and it was amazing that he was Filipino it really helped my mom to understand what kind of service they were providing her. The day we came in joey was able to help me get an eye exam and help pick out frames that really suit my features. He was absolutely amazing and his service was wonderful. When my mother came back to have her glasses adjusted he took care of her right away . I recently visited Pearle Vision and absolutely loved my experience! There was a kind girl who helped me and I don’t quite remember her name but I believe it was Raimen and she helped me choose out some nice frames. I’m just so indecisive that I have just the hardest time choosing out glasses and rightfully so, they do cost a pretty penny. Raimen was just so sweet and attentive and she even provided me insights on the details that a good pair of glasses should have. I’ve been to a few other optical stores where I felt a bit rushed. However, at Pearle vision I was given such a safe and pleasant experience, Raimen let me take my time and really listened to what I like and showed me exactly what I was looking for. I can’t express how sweet she was, I got in to a conversation about how much I missed home and she expressed she knew exactly what I was feeling and that was so comforting to hear. Today I had a virtual family reunion and I got so many compliments on my new glasses and really wanted to thank her. My cousin absolutely loved them, and when covid is over and she finally visits I know I’ll be stopping by to purchase some lovely frames for her too! I hope Raimen is doing well and hopes she knows that she made my day when I visited and I’ll be recommending Pearle Vision to all my friends.

Dr John Iskander is absolutely effing incredible , I’ve got loads of pre-existing health conditions and he was the first doctor that genuinely cares about his patients. I know this isn’t a private practice and you kind of walk in expecting generic eye service but dr Iskander goes WAY above and beyond. This is a dr that doesn’t go to work to get paid, but goes in because he LOVES his job . Bravo doc!

Overall, excellent service with well trained staff. The glasses took rather long to be ready for pick-up, but I was notified on the long pick-up time beforehand by staff. I visited Pearle Vision Oshawa today for the first time and was not disappointed. I was greeted right away and getting into my eye exam took no time at all. Both the lady that checked me in and Dr. Kahn were very friendly. After my exam Kash helped me choose frames even though I could tell he was busy, which was very helpful and thoughtful of him. He had multiple guests come in and he made sure everyone was welcomed and taken care of. I will definitely be back because of their great customer service!

Pearle Vision is a highly recommended place for prescription based eyeglasses. For me initially, It was tough choice to shop here, because my wife & me have been browsing eyeglasses in various places as we were looking for latest frame fashion. You know that women want best & latest in accessories, and I respect that. We just entered the store for window shopping but Mr. Hamid (salesperson) was quite generous to recommend options as per our taste. He helped me to understand the insurance coverage, and bring out best out of it. Well, good eyewear doesn't just count of fancy frame but also on good quality lenses as well. Hamid recommended us best glasses with transition and 1.6 Hi index UV protected glasses. So, far unlike my old glasses, I can wear 24*7 without eye tiredness. Best quality for frame (1 year manufacturer warranty), and lenses with best recommendation. I personally says Hamid helped to cover cost of glasses within insurance and gave best suited lenses for us.

What an enjoyable experience this morning at the Pearle Vision location on Robie Street, Truro Nova Scotia. The staff were very courteous and most helpful when selecting my new frames. Daniel was a pleasure to deal with and explained the process of measuring my new prescription and the time to receive my new glasses. This was my first time at Pearle Vision, but I know it won’t be my last. Great experience!

I went there to get a pair of sunglasses and bifocals. The associate was friendly and helped me choose my frames for the sunglasses. We proceeded to go over the lenses. I informed the associate that I will only be using the bifocals for work purposes. She told me that I should get progressives. I said that i did not want that i just needed for distance and the bifocals (invisible). She informed me that they do not make bifocals and just have progressives. Being my 1st time getting this type of glasses I thought she was telling me the truth. She said the the top would be for distance, middle for computer and bottom for bifocals. Again i said i didnt need for computer I have no problems with that and again she said that this is how it comes now...what was i supposed to believe. WELL I picked up my glasses after spending majority of the $849 on the progressive. I have tried to wear them and I cannot. I am unable to focus from near to far. The store just happened to call me today and asked how I like my glasses and I expressed my feelings. AGAIN i was told that they don't make regular bifocals only progressive. This is NOT true. Upon more investigation I found that my dad got his glasses there and they were invisible bifocals. I told the associate this and she said she spoke to the lab and they do bifocals but not invisible. I asked to speak to the manager but apparently he's away for a week. I needed my glasses for this coming week for work purposes but now I will have to read all the numbers by holding it at a distance. I will be coming into the store to sort this out and expect that they replace my lenses and provide a refund for the difference. Very disappointed with this "service" since I and my family have been coming to this location for years. Well here's is an update....I spoke with a manager and she was very helpful. She explained to me a lot better what types of bifocals they now make. She said was willing to let me have the bifocals but showed me what they now look like and has urged me to keep the progressives and try them for a few weeks. If I still cant get used to them she will gladly change them. She also gave me a bit of a discount. Here's to hoping I can get used to the progressive glasses.

Ordered a set of Prada prescription eye glasses. Took about a week to get they glasses. When I took the glasses home, I noticed that the actual lens was not sitting correctly in the frame and was wobbling. When I brought the glasses back, the employee told me that this was normal. I have been wearing glasses for my whole life and I knew it wasn't. They brought out another person, and found out that the lens was incorrectly cut. Took another couple days to get it right. I wouldn't have had a problem if they were straight up with me from the get go. I know errors sometimes occurs, but lying is unacceptable. Glasses are pretty good, but probably won't return due to that experience.

I recently visited this place and I can’t recommend this place for buying glasses at all. The guy helping customers find glasses was kind of rude and not welcoming at all. I have been buying prescription glasses for a long time and I know when someone is providing a good customer service. I believe he was just interested in people who actually had insurance to cover the cost of glasses! The eye exam was pretty thorough and Dr. Khan was actually attentive to my needs. Today was my first experience getting glasses, I'm so happy I decided to go to Pearl Vision in Oshawa. I was lucky enough to have Kash take care of my needs while I was there. He even billed my Insurance company directly, no cost to me except the difference. I HIGHLY recommend this location and if your as lucky as I was you'll have Kash take care of you. I came here for the first time to have an eye exam. I waited for just over 40 minutes past my booking time to see the doctor. The doctor was very kind and friendly and gave me my first ever prescription for glasses. I was very grateful especially since I've been having headaches every day. I later realized that the prescription didn't include the P.D. measurement, which apparently isn't part of the eye exam. The receptionist let me know that it costs an additional $20 to get the measurement and they would also need to book me another appointment for that. I called another optometrist and they said they would give me the measurement on the spot without a booking, I think it just comes with the purchase of glasses. I am grateful to Pearle Vision for the prescription given to me but it was a little confusing for me since I'm new to getting glasses.

I had an Eye Exam Appointment today at this location I gave a ONE STAR because the Lady behind the Desk was very rude and not compassionate towards myself with a Disability. She served a Person that came in to pick up glasses before me and I had been waiting 20 minutes already. My daughter explained to this Lady I have a disability that effects me from standing too long , sitting too long etc. The lady rolled her eyes at my daughter and myself, and came back with a very rude comment. I have been to other Pearle Vision Locations , and was never treated with the disrespect the Lady did. The Optometrist was excellent and very helpful with my disability issues .. (Dr Khan) It seems this lady has an issue with people with Disabilities, and would prefer to serve People with Insurance … I was merely nothing to her.. Disgusting Service

Horrible, Horrible Customer Service! I went into this location (Hillside Shopping Center) to inquire about getting fitted for contact lenses. I spoke to a middle aged man (late 40s) who greeted me with dark, thick framed (ugly) glasses and said he was the "contact lens guy" (no, the irony wasn't lost). When asked about my eyeglass prescription I informed him that it was just over a year old (13 months) but my eyesight was fine. I had my eyeglass prescription with me and I was just interested in a contact lens fitting. He immediately insisted on an eye exam. I then explained to him my last optometrist (who issued my prescription) told me an eye exam wasn't needed to transpose my current eyeglass prescription into a contact lens prescription and only a fitting is required, which was all I wanted. That's when things went sour. He immediately became dismissive and rude, refusing to do a contact lens fitting and accusing me of "jeopardizing his welfare" while pointing at his diploma on a wall, which he seemed arrogantly boastful of. He said he'd lose his license if he fitted me for contacts without imposing a new eye exam onto me, which was nothing more than a cash grab (my last optometrist warned me about that). I was shocked at how quickly his tone became condescending and basically telling me to go somewhere else. He started his excuses on why he wouldn't accept my business, but I simply stood up, firmly thanked him for his time and walked out. I've NEVER been treated with such disregard and contempt for refusing an unnecessary service. After walking out, I went to VISIONS OPTICAL (in the same mall) and the lady there was SO friendly and helpful. She scheduled me in for a fitting and gave ME the option of an eye exam. I opted out (of course) but will go there the next time I need one. THAT is how REAL customer service works. Pearle Vision will NEVER see a dollar of my hard earned money because of the way they treated me. I don't care if he had a bad day, there's NO excuse to treat customers like that.

Once I was done with my eye exam with Dr. Lee, I wanted to see if there is good deal for the glasses. Dr. Lee was really professional and very detailed about mu eye issue - dry eyes. I stare in the computer min 7 hours a day due to the job requirement. She recommended use of very high quality eye drops, plus she made a note to make follow on on my eyes after few weeks to see the progress and possible examination by dry eye specialist for better treatment if no progress has been made with given treatments which also included warm eye compressional method. This gave me confidence that Dr. Lee is really informed and can give several solutions. Once I was done with my eye exam I decided to use my insurance and choose eye glasses which I can use during my work, only for computer use. Monica who helps with advice and choice or proper frame and lenses was very outgoing, patient and helped me to find reasonable price to cover my insurance quote. I was able to find frame with good deal that day in the store and lenses were she stepped in by making measurements and making sure I got proper protection from computer screens which I am not going to detail here. I would recommend Pearl Vison team to all who really want good exam and customer service. I was very comfortable with the whole process and I really think this was more than customer experience. I’m not great at choosing the right frame for my glasses so it was very helpful to have Kristal assist me on that. The frames turned out to be a good fit for me and I was very satisfied. She also provided all the available options for my lenses and thoroughly explained the different benefits of each type, it was easy to understand and as a result I was confidently able to decide on which option to choose. Overall I was very satisfied with the customer service of the store as well as the product that I received.

Great selection of glasses! Went to get my eyes checked and get new glasses. They have an amazing 2 for 1 deal. Dr. Shekari was very thorough, much more than any other optometrist I have seen. My eye doctor is located at this location and the convenience of having my eyeglass being dispensed in this location is just the icing on the cake. The staff is very professional , knowledgeable and most importantly, very friendly who always tends to you with great attention. Personally, a big shout out to Joey Arboleda who gives you the personal attention with his big smile and always going the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the purchase or maintenance of my glasses. Before making a review, I took the liberty to read the others as well to properly write mine. The customer service is amazing overall. The associate that usually helps us is Joey. He's really nice and makes sure he tends to all of our needs with no problem in communication/payment at all. The rest of the staff are also very nice and welcoming. They assist us just as well when Joey isn't there. The doctors are also nice. Although I don't remember my doctor's name, my family has been with most and they were all able to help us in terms of finding the right prescription in our lenses. Now I'll get to the feedback involving the ones I've read. Judging by the ones who have rated 1 star, it was clearly a miscommunication. The staff will provide everything you need as long as you get to your point. When we go there for sunglasses with no need for an eye exam, we tell them our motive is to get sunglasses, and we get right to it. Simply put, you won't lose money if you just tell them what you want right away. They're very understanding and will bring you great results. There are many kinds of frames with many kinds of brands to choose from. It's also a family-friendly clinic. Kids can choose the frames they'd like to wear, and can try them out beforehand. I recommend coming here, even if you'd just like to try. You can always switch if it isn't to your liking, but Pearle Vision has been a great help to me and my family.

I didn't realize that my Sunlife extended health now requires me to pay for the service and submit so I had to pay and to balance out the inconvenience of that they submitted the claim on my behalf so I don't have to worry about it. I bought my reading glass from there and I spent around 400 dollar. But after I used it my eyes started to glare and I can't see properly the distant things too. So I visited there and one of the staff told you check your eyes with 75 dollar and buy another glass with 360 dollar almost. I asked them to replace the old one. Some "sassy guy" who works there when I originally went in said "can't do it" maybe buy new ones???? The day I picked them up WOW it's prefect I can see so much better without turning my head, taking my glasses off and tilting my head back. Jayson also tighten them as well. I received my glasses from Pearle Vision STC today. They have a great deal right now that allows you to get two glasses as you buy 1 and get another free. They also have a great deal on eyezen boost lenses which is a new technology. I would recommend anyone who uses a computer screen at work all day and then watches netflix at night to try these lenses. They work great to limit blue light and provide a boost when reading the news on your phone. Raman did an exceptional job following up on my order and making sure everything was good. My dad purchased glasses at this location a few months ago. They adjusted them so bad they were warped when you put them down on the table. My dad is on an oxygen machine and doesn't have the luxury of returning to the store to get readjusted. We returned one more time and it just kept getting worst. They don't know what they are doing! Very frustrating and my sister ended up adjusting the glasses herself. Horrible customer service and I would not recommend dealing with them all together.

Avoid this store! When I ordered my glasses, I was told that I am getting 2-for-1 deal but they fitted the second pair with inferior lenses! They will not accept liability for the mishap and when I asked for a refund, the whole staff got aggressive and threatened me! I have filed a complaint with the Ministry of Consumer Services. I will get my refund but you don't have to. Read other reviews, many people had similar experiences too! Just avoid!

My son had broken the nose piece off a few months after we bought our glasses there. I was finally able to get in to the store 45 mins b4 my wife needed to be picked up for work. They explained it was not covered. I had brought my son's other pair with me that were in good shape except for the lenses which were scratched. The employee did offer to change the lenses for me which was great! He took both pairs and I asked if it was ok to take my son to eb games which is right across. He is 13 and had some games to trade in. I was told no problem and said I would be right back. I came back and stood there for 10-15 minutes waiting to pick up my sons glasses while he dealt with someone else. When I finally interrupted due to having to give myself enough time to go get wife. I then realized he had not touched the glasses due to the fact I left the store. He had moved on to next customer. I know he was being helpful to fix my sons glasses but if he said he was going to do something he should have. Good customer service like dealing with what he said he would do before moving to next person in store. If I had stood there i am sure he would have done it first. I shouldn't have to stand over him...I have 3 kids I shouldn't need to do it to get proper service. Wasted my time which like most I don't have much of. I may go back and give them a chance to redeem themselves. Will post after with results. Not a good first impression

I went to this location to have an eye exam last week. The receptionist was good but not the doctor. I was helped by Dr. Kamila Duplak. I must say she isn't one of the pleasant doctors I've had. I have extreme sensitivity to light and eye exams are just torture for me. I hate having bright lights being thrown straight to my eyes. As a doctor, Dr. Kamila should have had tons of us who suffer from extreme brightness and could've been more patient. But I don't know. She was just not making it any easier for me and made me feel bad about myself too for no reason. Every time I closed my eyes due to pain, she would make this face while saying "Well, you need to tell me when you're closing your eyes cause i am trying to check something here" as if i dont know that. Well my point is.. doctors should be able to bear with their patients and be nice too. I dont know if she was just in a hurry at the time bec my appt was at 5pm. I hope that's not it bec that's very unprofessional. Well either way, it was not a very good visit.

There was another customer making a return, and the staff member said to the manager : " it won't come off mine will it, I didn't sell them." This was the best experience I have ever had after many years of wearing glasses. The store had more than enough choices of frames. Gillian helped me narrow down the selection and was so patient when I tried lots of options. She helped with suggestions about what would suit my face and what colours would look best. If there was a zero rating I would gladly rate this Pearle as such. The absolute worst customer service ever. The staff could not help and it took almost a week to get the manager Miriam to return my call. My Tiffany frames fell apart within weeks of purchase and had to be replaced because they were defective. A couple of weeks after the one year period and the same thing happened. Pearle said there was nothing they could do and their solution was that I could buy a new pair of glasses! So after one year I’ve essentially been told that I flushed $750 down the toilet. To make matters worse I contacted the head office and was told that there is a two year warranty on Tiffany frames and I should have been told this. The warranty claim is being processed (and not without challenges). I plan on taking Pearle Vision’s advice and will purchase new glasses but not from them (or LensCrafters which is the same company). Instead I will go to BonLook in the same mall. It’s a Canadian company and their prices and service put Pearle to shame.

I had not purchased a new set of glasses in about twelve years but needed a new set and happened by the Welland Pearle Vision store in the local mall and wandered in. The first employee I ran into took one look at my glasses and asked if I would mind his examining them after which he replaced a couple of parts, cleaned them and handed them back...no charge. Fantastic... Then I asked him if he could help me get a new set of glasses....service before sales..and I like that when I am looking for something. I was impressed with him, his fellow employees and his approaches business. He facilitated an eye exam and then provided me with the best set of glasses I have ever owned after carefully listening to what I wanted is the way of frame weight, look etc... Watching hi def movies and enjoying them, as well and my ability to read books etc...best in years... When I need a new set of glasses I will go back. No question...A customer for life... The only star I am giving is to Dr Iskander. He is very friendly to the patient. Definitely, I would recommend to go to him if you need your eys to be checked out. The customer service I received wasextremely horrible. Ok, Let's start with the story. The person took care of me her name was RAMEN, she was very friendly and patient when I was purchasing the glasses and very professional on her job that educating me the knowledge of their lenses. Everything went well toward to the payment. I gave her 2 mall gift cards and for some reasons, one has issue being processed. She was still very patient to seek help from her tech department and hoping I could give a call to my side as well. After I found out my side had no problem, she was still communicating on the phone. She was still polite and I did offer to leave my card there since it could help and I was in a rush to leave. She promised me she will continue working on it and GUARANTEED no later than tomorrow she would email me the invoice and the end of our conversation she gave me her card as well just in case I need to speak to her. Nothing was updated yesterday so I started to reach out around 12 o'clock this afternoon. The staff told me she was busy with a customer and took down my name and told me to make sure she would call back when she finished. Another hour later, I called again and came back with same answer. However, this staff called me back in 5 mins and passed her msg to me saying "She would email the invoice within the next 30mins." So I looked at the time she called it was 2:17p.m. Alright, I waited again for another 50 minutes, no msg at all. So I had no choice to chase her again, she told me it would be done within the next 5 mins due to short staff on the tech department. I told her I need to speak to the manager and she stopped me right there and told me she was the supervisor. I can't accept the this kind of service after spending $1000 with her. I asked her about the return policy and she mentioned 30 days... Our conversation ended right there. Shortly, I received another phone call from them that named Joey. He was friendly but I have made up my mind. Not too long later, I received another phone call by Maryam as she introduced herself she was the store manager on both STC and SQ1. I explained my frustration why on earth I have to chase her this many. I understand on glasses, a lot of the customers would be one time shopper and maybe she was on commission. Maryam mentioned to me they were not on commission and CUSTOMER SERVICE would be their #1 focus.It is hard to believe no money involved after receiving a completely opposite service "as they advertised". I don't understand why on earth I have to chase her multiple times. The whole day that all the staffs were mentioning she was busy with the customers. Doesn't she suppose to finish her previous task first and move on later???? I have heard PEARLE VISION's commercial a lot and decide to give a try. The result is horrible and will never come again. For your advice, STAY AWAY!

I am very pleased with the service I received at Pearl Vision. I had not made an appointment to look at frames but was able to try frames after a short wait. The young lady who helped me was excellent in bringing frames that may suite. Once I had decided what I wanted, the paperwork was done, questions were answered and I would get a call within two weeks. Eight days later my glasses were ready, an appointment was made for the following day. Once again the service was excellent. The glasses were adjusted to fit properly and I was on my way. The staff were very nice especially the eye doctor. However, when I told them I was arriving late, (similar to someone else's experience who mentioned in the reviews.) They also were a bit aggressive and demanding me to come to the store to pay them while I was arriving late due to an urgent matter. It was a bit off-putting and rubbed me the wrong way since they kept calling 3 times to remind me that I was paying them that day. Things do happen unexpected or last minute. Having to deal with their impatience was quite annoying and unprofessional.

I have been using Pearle Vision and the associated optometrist (it changed roughly 2-3 years ago) for 6-8 years. Always friendly and knowledgeable staff. Could sometimes be pushy but not more so than any other stores. This time I got two pairs of glasses. The sales associate that was helping me took her time and was very patient as I have a large head and the style I likes mostly had narrow frames. I got a lovely note a week after picking up my frames in the mail. Thanks so much!

I had a pair of ray bans that had lost a len's that had fallen out. So I went in here to ask for them how much it would be to fix them. The staff fixed the shape of my shades and put the len's in at no cost!!!!! I never even bought them here. That is out standing service. I will be over in the next few weeks to get a new pairs since I have broke them, since they helped me out. 10 stars for outstanding customer service! Trevor, the manager of Pearle Vision, Hillside Mall in Victoria was instrumental in helping my elderly father get new glasses while he was in the hospital. Trevor went above and beyond visiting my Dad in the hospital to check his prescription, bringing him an array of frames to choose from. This was my first time doing business with Pearl Vision and for what I needed, they were perfect. I had recently had an accident at home and I had broken my eyeglasses. I needed them for work so on the advice of my significant other, I took them here. The service was seamless, flawless and affordable. All they needed to do to get them back in good working order was to re-string the right side lens and adjust the nose pieces. Total cost for this was $20 even. Couldn't believe how quick the job got done and how affordable it was. If I ever need anything glasses related again in the future, I will come back here.

Poor customer service - little effort was made to make things right & to ensure customer satisfaction (i.e., told there is nothing that can be done). Still not happy with the outcome. If you value quality (products and service), go elsewhere. Update: I originally paid for two pairs of glasses April 10. It is June 13, and I have yet to receive the second pair. Absolutely nothing was offered to compensate for this awful experience. Highly recommend staying far away from this Pearle Vision.

Horrible place.. Had one of the worst experiences there ever. Brought my family in to potentially buy glasses and ended up having to walk out. I was very uncomfortable even attempting to try on glasses. It felt like I was constantly being watched. There's this one guy who I think is a manager of some sort, who just stands and stares to make sure the employees are working. The phone was ringing, and all the workers were busy with customers, and the guy wouldn't even pick up the phone. This one employee Maryam approached me, and after explaining to her that I was just browsing, she continued to bother me and my family.. I ended up talking with another sales associate, and she was very helpful. The poor girl looked like she was going to cry, as if she was being forced to make a sale however. The whole place just seems like a dungeon.. If you go in there, expect them to only care about your money that you're spending, and not your actual vision needs. If there was an option for negative stars, I would rate the place a -5 for how awkward and pressured I felt throughout my whole time there. Will not be going back!

We've been to other optical stores in the past but have never experienced anything like this location!! Raman was so thorough and helped us understand which frames and lenses would be the best for us, especially for my elderly parents. She took the time to go through the many different frames Pearle Vision had to offer and offered us a great deal. This is our second time to get our glasses at Pearl Vision because our first experience with Joey was very welcoming and accommodating. He takes time to explain our concerns and is very knowledgeable in his field. He also took the responsibility and offer resolution when a slight problem with my glasses was encountered. He aligned my old glasses without question and also offer to be available when the need arises. Due to our current pandemic, I find the place safe and clean to ensure their clients are protected. Got my prescription wrong twice. Spent lots of money for a superior lenses and could not get what i wanted. Would not recommend to anyone unless you are willing to travel to the store back and forth for a unfriendly experience.
