Called numerous times today and the phone rings twice and then nothing....dead line. Can't do business with companies that don't answer. Oh well - onto someplace else.

Horrible experience. Bought contacts just for color, they told me every color is very vibrant and 3ill show up on my brown eyes . Came home tried on the green contacts and it doesn't show at all my eyes are still brown . Tried to call them and voice my concern and told me it was my problem . How is it my fault when I was told by your EMPLOYEE that they're vibrant enough for my dark brown eyes . Spent 30 dollars and threw them out. Horrible customer service . Some people shouldn't own a business

VIP optical has such great staff. They are friendly and professional. The prices for the glasses are amazing. The frames are high quality. I have been using their services for years and I have never once been disapointed. Dr. Ahmed Elakrat is very professional, he is kind, hard-working, and knows what he is doing. He is the only eye Dr I will go to. He has done everything in his power to help me understand my eye sight. I highly recommend these professionals. My greatest thanks to VIP Optial' s staff.

They have an optometrist next door which belongs to the same company. Very unprofessional. Made an appointment but because he did not check the system properly, he kept making us wait. Disregarding the fact he was wrong...Did not apologize. Basically didn't care for business. I definitely don't recommend this place. For the same price you can go elsewhere. U can't trust him if he can't even treat people with respect
