Amazing customer service. Everyone at Simcoe Optical was friendly, kind and helpful. The doctor for the eye exam was nice and didn't take too long as some places do. She was great! It was easy. Registration there for my account was easy as well. Everyone here made it so comfortable and quick that I will be using Simcoe Optical from now on. I highly recommend them to anyone whose looking for eyeglasses/sunglasses.

Wow... Ok so I haven't bought glasses from a store in YEARS, I usually do the whole online thing. After getting my eyes checked and searching around for new frames I just might go back! Everyone here was friendly, approachable, professional and courteous. Very helpful when I wanted real opinions s to how the frames looked! Can't for my my glasses to come in!!! 10 days and counting ???????????? Also Dr. Abdelhadi was super cool and chill!! I don't think I've ever had an eye appointment that I enjoyed!!! Thank you!!! High fives and everything like I was a kid again!! Thanks for a great first experience back to the real world!

The worst place to get glasses from. I got my glasses from this store and they only lasted for 6 months before coating on the lens started to come off. Never in my years of wearing glasses has the lens ever started to peel off. Worst quality and when I confronted the man about this issue and showed him the lens, they didn’t do anything to resolve the issue and just told me purchase new ones

I have not gone here for an eye exam before, but have bought 3 pairs of glasses/frames here. Amazing prices and great customer service. They bill directly to your benefits too! If you need your glasses readjusted or tightened, just drop in and they are always happy to help- in my experience. Love this place and will continue to go there.

Be VERY careful when giving your business to this store.... make promises and do not deliver...will lie to your face....quality of products is extremely poor. Used to be a great store, with great prices and great service.......... but something has changed and it is not for the better. I will NEVER go back to Simcoe Optical for glasses. Don't lie to your customers and do not make promises you have no intention of keeping. Give me the prescription I thought I was buying in my glasses.

Came here first time for an eye exam and to purchase my eyeglasses. Amazing selection of brands. Got my eye exam, a pair of contact lenses and name brand glasses all for $400. Staff was very friendly and super nice. Highly recommend!

I have found my forever place for glasses???? Amazing place to get glasses, with an exceptional large selection to chiose from! I saved minimum of $400/500 by seeking out simcoe optical ???? Super friendly staff wanting you to be happy! I got a completely new prescription, progressive bifocals and a new prescription for a set of reader's. I bought two name brands for the bifocals; one to work with and one for driving (the silver pair and the red tinted pair). I then wanted my old glasses that I love to be changed into my reader's (white/black pair with frame only on the under side). **they also tightened up the frame and added new nose hardware on my old glasses. Three pairs, with tinting on one, two name brands and my old frames all for $1'050. Insurance covered some. I'm use to paying $600/pair at least (my prescription is rather expensive). Thanks to the team at Simcoe Optical they made it affordable for me and I love, love, LOVE how my driving glasses turned out ❤ I also bought the "Zero Fog" that they have there.... And it works ~ yay???? Not sure if I can add a picture but I'll try to after posting this comment as it doesn't seem to be an option for me while writing this out.

3.5 hours before my eye exam, I received a call cancelling my exam due to rain. The professional who conducts exams lives in Vaughn and does not like to drive in rain (it was light rain and there were no weather advisories or concerns regarding freezing rain).

I have the worst experience with my glasses, I had scratches on my glass and the pair was loose on the strips, when asked him to fix them, he tighten them so hard I could hardly open my pair of glass. I am having headaches as something strange was done to my glasses. I am even missing my prescription as they took it away. And now they wouldn't even fix them.
