Very rude staff, he blatantly said he doesn't have time to show me all glasses as he would have to bring stock from inside for what I was looking for. Extremely rude, will never go here again

Excellent owner/manager. I got the frame I was looking for given the fact that it was a very rare brand I wanted. The staffs were very friendly and patient . I would want to come here again and even make referrals .

I accidentally broke my glasses and was able to get a new pair of frames and lenses here on the same day. There were some issues with the lenses that required some adjustments but the staff worked to fix it, even after closing hours. Very pleased with the customer service I received and love my new glasses.

I have never seen an optometrist so rude and impatient, and made me feel so uneasy. He has no sympathy and patience for a patient like me who has high prescription and unable to respond to the test quickly. I went there just because it's near where I live. The unkind doctor then refused to continue the test and told me to go elsewhere! Of course I will after being treated so disrespectfully. I asked for his name and ID to report his unprofessional behavior to the OMA but he didn't want to give his name and ID.

I purchased really lovely prescription glasses here at deeply discounted prices for my very elderly mom on 2 occasions. The first was the year before covid and she went in for an eye test in a wheelchair with no problems. Dr was patient and very helpful. Sales /service person another gem of a person and gave us 2 for 1 flat discounted price. Glasses were perfect without mom having to even come in for pickup and ready very fast. Then recently both were lost at hospital and in transitory care home due to covid. The 2nd time I just ordered for her by phone and they sent them directly to her new LTC home address right away! The staff were blown away and Mom got back to her books, newspaper and TV which keeps her busy and happy as she is stuck in her room. Very helpful to not only mom, but staff and family. Thank you Rockwood Optical and especially to the man who helped us directly. He’s always there!

The manager of this place is awesome, welcomes you with a smile. The staff was very polite and patient with me, enduring all my numerous questions.
