I didn’t feel rushed when making a purchase as the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. In terms of frame variety they are awesome and up to date with current trends. Mr, Gahir is a excellent member of the optician faculty. His work is very professional and the product is authentic. I have seen both doctors at this clinic and they have both help me pick lenses for the last 6 yrs. I would recommend anyone I know to buy glasses here. The 2 reviews at 1 star must be a joke.

Dr Parm was fantastic. She left no stone unturned and covered every question before I had a chance to ask. The optician was also great. Even though I didn't need a pair of glasses, he didn't give me a hard time getting my RX. Which I've experienced in the past with other optician/optometrists. Excellent selection of frames and amazing staff and service. I once had one of the arms of my frame break and after trying their best to fix it unsuccessfully the owner offered to let my pick another frame since the lenses where fine. The glasses were out of warranty and they had to cut the lenses to make them fit in the new frame, never charged me for anything. That’s the level of service that keeps me coming back.

Dr. Amrik Dhaliwal was so kind; he answered my all questions and gave me suggestions to maintain eye health. The assistant who stands behind the counter, called Harjinder I guess, was also so kind and I liked dealing with them both. 4 stars because I recently revieved my first eyeglasses and I will take sometime to try it before rating 5 stars. I am sure they deserve it.

I always found that our dealing with Mr. Harjinder Gahir @ Optical one is nothing but superb. His quality of service is outstanding. He delivered our specs on time. Harjinder always assisted us without any cost if we needed any adjustment in our specs. He never charged us for small parts if we needed in our specs to be replaced. Without hesitation I can give 10/10 stars for his service and his products. I am a very picky person and I throughly assess a business, service or a person before I recommend or write any review about them. One of the worst clinic I have been. Visited to buy Bausch & Lomb contact lenses. They said the brand is banned and discontinued in Canada and asked me to try new brands. I was made wait for almost months for each trial and t last got fed up and went to Hakim optical, they ordered the same brand and type of lense I was using and got delivery in 3 days. Please don't cheat people who visit your clinic. If you cannot offer a service say that and not say Bausch & Lomb brand is banned and closed. I have been using these lenses for 16 years and never had issues in buying them from across the world. Please run a clinic with basic integrity and ethics
