Truly horrible people. Was literally kicked out of this store before even setting foot in it. I didn't even speak a word, just simply opened the door and waited for the man ahead of me to speak to someone before walking in. After he had been helped, one of the remaining women was dealing with a couple (note the amount of people who were in the store, being helped). Instead of inviting me in like they had with the man, the other woman working stood in front of me so I couldn't walk in further, crossed her arms, and very rudely said "we're closed." This was a lie. Not only did I do my research before coming to make sure they were open (their website AND voicemail said they closed TWO HOURS after I got there), but they were helping customers and let in that man I just mentioned directly in front of me in without hesitation and he was given service.
At first I thought maybe she was kidding - I told her that I'd both called and looked it up online. She didn't know what to say back to me. Personally I think realized she'd been caught, but she still wouldn't let me in. Then, I left - without a word or a fight - just speechless, anxious, and embarrassed.
I still can't understand why they kicked me out/wouldn't let me in to begin with. Maybe because I didn't look like I had money, or the glasses I had on were cheap and they didn't think I could afford their brands. But jokes on them, because they lost out on a $500 sale. I would never ever come back here even if it was free. I would highly advise to stay away from these bullies.
