The Centre Street store is well-designed for "frame browsing". Staff was pleasant, friendly, and knew how to narrow down frame selection to what would, in my words, "grace my face". Oh, and I got a full, detailed explanation of the "qualities"--the technical differences--of the available lenses.

This is the best place to buy glasses! No question about it! The staff is always there to help you and they will always give you many options to choose from. Etti and Lena will help you no matter what your needs are. They get the glasses ready with the prescription very quickly. They have amazing sanitization and cleaning procedures with COVID-19. They sanitize every frame after you try it on and you must sanitize before entering the store and people are wearing masks. If you need prescription glasses, frames or sunglasses this is the BEST place to go! Really recommend :)

I purchased glasses with prescription and paid in full up front in good faith. My prescription is simple and in the past from other stores, takes about a week for my glasses to be ready. After 2 weeks of not hearing from them I called and was told that my frames were damaged and they had to order me a new pair. I asked to cancel the order and get a refund. I was told no. I have tried to reach the owner via phone and email but nobody has returned my emails or calls. It has been 3 weeks now. I wonder if I’ll ever see my glasses.

Great Experience and service. Google is miss leading on reviews at least for me. The service lady got my prescription filled and ready within 3 business days. I didn't ask for a rush they just did it. In these times of Covid where everything seems to be delayed or takes longer they certainly did very quickly and a great result. The frames are not cheap as it is designer eye wear but you get what you pay for. 5 stars for service friendly and efficient. I will be a repeat customer.

Truly horrible people. Was literally kicked out of this store before even setting foot in it. I didn't even speak a word, just simply opened the door and waited for the man ahead of me to speak to someone before walking in. After he had been helped, one of the remaining women was dealing with a couple (note the amount of people who were in the store, being helped). Instead of inviting me in like they had with the man, the other woman working stood in front of me so I couldn't walk in further, crossed her arms, and very rudely said "we're closed." This was a lie. Not only did I do my research before coming to make sure they were open (their website AND voicemail said they closed TWO HOURS after I got there), but they were helping customers and let in that man I just mentioned directly in front of me in without hesitation and he was given service. At first I thought maybe she was kidding - I told her that I'd both called and looked it up online. She didn't know what to say back to me. Personally I think realized she'd been caught, but she still wouldn't let me in. Then, I left - without a word or a fight - just speechless, anxious, and embarrassed. I still can't understand why they kicked me out/wouldn't let me in to begin with. Maybe because I didn't look like I had money, or the glasses I had on were cheap and they didn't think I could afford their brands. But jokes on them, because they lost out on a $500 sale. I would never ever come back here even if it was free. I would highly advise to stay away from these bullies.

Turned me away with a government letter for $170 toward my glasses...Telling me they must wait 6 weeks to be paid lol...I asked if they were going anywhere til than?...Funny they loved my cash many times B4... Now turned me away..Hakim jumped at my letter as it's money in the bank...And way cheaper than LF...

Their service is very poor and unresponsive. Please let me explain, when initially walking in the store the first sales staff member was on the computer. Did not even lift up her head to say "pick up a tray to place the classes you wish to try on." Then we asked if someone could help and no response. Finally I said "it seems that you are doing something that must be very important on that computer." At that point she go it. Then we went to one of the counters and another sales person came to help, it seemed like she was doing us a favour in shopping at the store. Yes we bought a pair of classes. It look us about 15 minutes to find the ones we liked. We are quick shoppers we know if like something and buy it. Also the brand of sunglasses where not discounted. Which is okay if that is the case everywhere else. There was no thank you or any sign of real gratitude or appreciation. It just seems we were doing them a favour shopping at their store. We have shopped there before with the same attitude and poor customer service. When driving away, my wife mentioned that a friend of the family refuses to buy there for the same reason. That was good to know, there we be no next time at that store location for us either.
