I've bought a pair of designer sunglasses as well as a pair of designer glasses from this location of Kanda Optical over the past month and a half. Akash and Harpreet were professional, pleasant and friendly. I tried on many pairs and they were very accommodating to my needs and wanted to ensure I left the store with glasses that I was happy with and suited me. As well, I always ask for a new pair of the glasses that I buy which they accommodate and Akash is honest with the timelines of when I can expect to receive my new glasses. Overall good customer service and good selection of high-end designer frames.I'll definitely be coming back to these guys when I go to buy new frames again in 2 years.

Great experience and very friendly staff! They welcome you right when you enter through their doors. Most frames seem high-brand from Tiffany & Co. to Dior. Got myself a pair of Dior which took about 1 week 1/2 to be ready for pickup. Excellent service, even provided me a free eye-glasses cleaner spray and a microfiber cloth ON TOP of the brand's cloth. Thank you so much, highly recommend!

I Just picked up my new prescription glasses from Kanda Optical and I am very happy with my new lenses. Akash and the team at this location were very helpful and patient while assisting me through selecting my new frames. They offer a wide selection of frames to choose from so i spent a long time deciding which frame to choose. The optometrist is also very knowledgable and was very thorough in his eye exam. I couldn't be more happier with the glasses and service that i received from Kanda. They have excellent customer service. Top notch expertise and customer service: Recently, I was prescribed eye-glasses for the first time. I was a bit unsure about the kind of lenses and available coatings to order. After patiently listening to all my requirements and budget, Akash made some suggestions. I was a bit sceptical initially, however, I took a leap of faith and ordered as per his suggestions. Thank goodness I listened to him! Last night I wore those prescription glasses for the first time while driving at night. I must say, thanks to the lenses and coatings he suggested, my driving experience elevated to a totally different level. It was awesome, not only could I see better, it was distortion free and way more clearer (like HD). The strain I used to feel while driving was gone. I love my new glasses (barely feel their weight). We called this location in Mississaugga on Dundas street and the kid who spoke Indian English with a Hindi accent said we could bring our prescriptions and buy the frames and lenses for 40% off. But when we drove in heavy traffic and arrived at 5 pm the staff was extremely unprofessional and rude and literally chased us out of the location and the other woman staff was staring at us and did not want to help serve the customer who drove 2 hrs in traffic to fulfill our prescription. Worst optical experience in Ontario since I beeen buying reading glasses for 35 years for my family and me. I can buy online designer frames and accessories for less than half the price with easy return policy and better customer service??? These owners at kanda optical are extremely rude and extremely unprofessional and expensive frames and lenses, BUYERS BE AWARE????
