An amazing experience from beginning to end. First off, my optometrist Dr. Liu was the best I’ve ever had. I learnt so much about eye care in my short time with him. He is amazing! And then Harsh (sorry if I spelt that wrong) and the rest of the team were so helpful. Never felt rushed in choosing my glasses, and Harsh helped me find the best glasses and sunglasses for my needs. A 100% great experience, great selection of frames, and good competitive prices. Love it here! Thanks to the whole team for a stellar customer service experience. You guys rock!

So disappointed with the customer service tonight. There were 2 sale reps on the floor. 1 was counting the inventory, the other was helping another customer. I stood there for 7 mins until the girl serving a customer had a chance to open a cabinet to let me try one pair to approach Then I wanted to look another pair, waited another 5 mins. I told my friend I wanted to ask to look at another pair. The inventory guy hear me and said , "oh, I don't have my keys" while looking at the other sales rep, who was done serving her customer. And both sales rep .. walked away without telling me.. if they were going to help or not. So unprofessional.

I was a walk in. Chose Eyestar because I was tired of cheaping out on eye exams and dealing with rushy and lukewarm optometrists from Walmart, Costco, etc,. I brought documentation of all my previous eye exams for Dr. Liu’s reference. I have never experienced such a doctor who was genuinely interested in his patient’s eye health. He examined my previous eye exams and took the time to explain the changes and what he believed was a previously incorrect prescription. He was extremely thorough and patient in the entire process. Merna the optician was so helpful in the entire process of purchasing lenses. It is refreshing to see someone so impassioned and incredibly knowledgeable about their line of work, not to mention, she is so effective in it as well! She was patient with the entire eyewear process, taking into consideration budget, bearing with me in my all my stubborn hesitance to pick a frame and being so transparent and honest in the entire ordeal. She made it an unforgettable experience. Will definitely be recommending their services to my family and friends. Thank you Dr. Liu and Merna!

Amazing experience! Usually it is very hard for me to find frames that fit my face but with the wide selection provided it was easy, especially with the help of Kathy! She was wonderful with helping me and answering all of my questions. I will definitely go back again in the summer time to purchase a pair of sunglasses and I will be sure to ask Kathy for help.

An't what it use to be. Went to their eye doc for the first time. The assistant did not know what he was doing. Couldn't use the machines correctly. Nor could he give proper directions to me about what he needed to do during the test. Doc not any better. He gave me a prescription and did not check my double vision issue, left it completely out. Had to return a 2nd time to have him check it. Last strew was the prices. I was a returning customer. I was told they can't process my insurance company, instead I should go to the 2nd location they have in the mall, Luxury Eyes or something. But from the sounds of it, it sounded like it would be a more expensive place. The sales lady said don't worry I'll will quote you for the price from our store and they will honour it over there. I needed progressives, blue light filter and anti-glare lenses only, I had my own frames. I was quoted $725 +tax! Never going bk again. Total rip off. Not interested in repeat customers.

The selection of glasses is nice but not the greatest considering their "luxury approach" and high prices but staff are simply incompetent. I walked in with my family, dressed down because we don't need to look good every single day. Noticed the dismissing looks from the two staff on floor immediately. The store had a few customers but I knew I wanted to buy a pair of YSL frames so I asked one of the staff to show me and she just opened the drawer and left, no assistance or information/offers were given at all. Then the store emptied out and only my family and I were left in the store. Still... none of the girls working helped AT all or asked if I wanted to see other frames. I felt really uncomfortable actually. I ended up just leaving the store because that's not how you successfully manage a business. I took my business somewhere else and bought a pair of glasses from another store in the mall that acknowledged my existence. Hire staff that will help your clients.

GET Glasses here people. I am 62 wearing glasses for over 20 years. I don't usually do this unless I was very content and I WAS....What surprised me was i put them on and they were perfect. The last place i spent 45 min with adjustments and also I thought maybe something was up with my eyes and turns out I can see perfectly. Thanks to a great team.

good experience here. Kevin was knowledgeable and helpful in picking frames and explaining the details of lenses, fit and how to meet my needs with the poor experience of my previous pair of prescription glasses. Dealt with other people as well. the store is busy and the times I was there it seemed under staffed but that gives you opportunity to look and try frames on. prices are not bad given there was a sale as well. Still waiting on final product as it takes 7-10 business days.

Buyer beware. No return policy. Purchased new shades only to find them for $30 cheaper on the other side of mall. Went back 30 min after purchasing and they would even allow me to get a store credit. Staff were rude to me. Would never return.

As a full- time eyeglass wearer, I have been to many optical stores in search of a place that provides good quality lenses at a reasonable price. The team at Eyestar Optical Vaughan Mills are very personable and knowledgeable. I have been going there for a few years now and dealing directly with Jag Kooner who so happens to be the store manager. He always puts me at ease and that’s why I’ve sent all of my family members to go and see him. It’s also of importance to note that you are spending money on your eyes. Not only do they provide outstanding service but, they educate you along the way. They have a vast selection of designer brands not only for their frames but also their lenses. I would highly recommend everyone to stop by and pay them a visit.

They have a decent selection of glasses but their customer service is sinply horrendous! I found a sunglasses frame that I liked and I asked a staff to help me find a pair of glasses that resembled it. She didn't even bother looking for anything for me, other than offering me the option to custom-make the sunglasses I picked into glasses. Just go somewhere else and you'll be a much happier customer.

Terrible customer service. I purchased 2 pair of glasses here and they told me both glasses will be ready by October 14 which was 2 weeks ahead from I pharchased items. They never give noticed to me until October 14 so I went there to check if my glasses are ready and they told me that sorry your one other glasses will be ready by next Monday which was October 17 so I waited, still no response or any notice. I called them to check if my glasses was ready and they were telling me sorry again your glasses will be ready for sure by Thursday which was October 20th. I called them again, same situation over and over again. They changed to saying they are not 100% guarantee but your glasses MIGHT be ready by next day. At least they have to let customers know first that either your items are ready to pick up or not so customer won't spend their time and gas to go there and check. Horrible experience here and I will never shop here again.

I found the staff very professional and friendly were I was immediately greeted by Jag. He took the time to walk me through all my options, providing honest feedback on different styles and lens options based on my prefers and needs which was amazing. I highly recommend them!

Been a loyal customer of Eyestar Optical for the past 8 years and I have to admit that every time they went above and beyond to meet or exceed my expectations.Make no mistake people , i usually don't like to write reviews , but this place deserves it !!! Visited the Vaughan Mills location for the first time a few years back , great experience , thanks to Jag , Mirna , Kevin ....from the initial purchase to two weeks later picking up my new glasses (Lindberg + IC berlin) ! Jag the manager never made me feel pressured and always offered his honest opinion and suggestions, and I have to mention , i am extremely picky and indecisive customer. I must say that Eyestar Vaughan Mills set the bar really really high for other competitors and for sure I will be a loyal customer for years to come! Jag , keep up good work!!!

Very Bad experience ordering progressive glasses from Eyestar Optical. I ordered glasses in July. They took the wrong measurements and I could not see with them. The remade the lenses , but again I cannot see with them. It is November now, and still I don't have glasses I can use. I made multiple trips to the store and I could not meet the manager Sisi Chan. I wanted to return the glasses because I do not trust them anymore, the manager refuses to refund the money. Bad customer service, bad quality of lenses.

I was in the mall yesterday and I came across this eyeglass store. I was hesitant to go in because of the terrible experience I had at another eyestar location. But I walked in to see the selection of glasses. A young lady welcome me as soon as I walked in and offered to assist me. She was very polite, kind, funny and knowledgeable. Despite I told her I was not buying any glasses. She still helped assisted me without hesitation. The young lady was not pushy at all which was something I truly appreciated. The glasses I was interested in was written down on a card. Thank you Victoria for this pleasant experience. Definitely recommend this eyestar location.

My Family has been going here for a few years now. It was great when it just opened but now service is going SOUTH. Paid for glasses on April 27 2019 got them May 1. Fast service if I could see out of the glasses. They had to go back and guess what it's now May 21 2019 and they just came in after I called every day for the last week. What I would like to know is how did the first set get there within 3 day's and now it's taken more than a week? ? Staff is no help. Not sure if any of my Family will be going back.

I bought two glasses here and they said they will have my prescription ready in a week and when I call them they say it is not ready yet and they said my prescription was missing. They didn’t bother to call me. Now when I called them and said I need my money back from the prescription they said it has to wait for the manager and I had no option but to wait. Never buy your product here he worst experience ever.
