I had a terrible crack in my lense and Matt the optician was able to help me based on my schedule. He's super friendly as are the rest of the staff! It's silly but I loved that I had a colour choice for my lense cloth ????. I'll be coming here for any more repairs and definitely when I need new frames.

Matthew is an overall excellent customer service representative, nevertheless a excellent optometrist. The sales staff are also extremely friendly want make it worth returning, if not just to buy something. They helped me create a "rose-colored glasses pl (plural only) Used other than with a figurative or idiomatic meaning: glasses that are tinted in a pink or rose shade. (idiomatic) An optimistic perception of something; a positive opinion; seeing something in a positive way, often thinking of it as better than it actually is." Great business!

Big shout out to Mat! I have been getting glasses for 50 plus years all over this country and the world and the service and knowledge of these guys is the best I've had! Awesome doctor & awesome staff! My family and I all see Dr Rempel at his London office - had an emergency with one of my kids the other day but he was at his Strathroy office... his staff at both offices were very helpful and pleasant to deal with, helped coordinate everything between the two offices and squeeze my daughter in to make sure her eyes were ok. Thank you to everyone who helped me, both my daughter and I had a great experience... again!
