I was hesitant to come into the store due to COVID-19 so I leveraged their mobile service where I met Bryan. He worked with me over many months to source and modify a Cartier frame that I have wanted my whole life. He leveraged his broad network of professionals to find me the frame I had in mind and again leveraged his network to custom modify this frame so that it fit me like a glove. Dealing with high end frames is not something for the faint of heart and he took care of it every step of the way. It's clear he has decades of experience as an optician! Bryan has been super diligent and his customer service skills are top notch. He made a dream of mine into a reality and I am absolutely thrilled with the end result. Thank you Bryan and the Squint team for everything!

Long overdue review. A nose pad on my sunglasses broke off, so I decided to bring them into Squint to see if they could fix it. (I didn't purchase the glasses from them.) They ended up replacing the nose pad for me and to my surprise didn't even charge me. The next day the other nose pad fell off and I brought them back to Squint, they put a new nose pad on for me right away. The lady with the curly hair (im not sure her name) but she was extremely kind and I truly appreciate their hospitality in repairing my nose pads free of charge!

This is a good place to go for your eyeglasses needs. The staff is kind and professional, and do there best to provide you with the best service! My only issue is that I wish that the store was easier to contact. You can only contact them by phone (no email) and their current store hours do not match what is on the google maps store hours. Other than that, they are great!
