Great Visit & Helpful Staff I visited SpecSense Optical after a Google search revealed it was near my condominium complex and had good reviews. I was very much impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the quick service I obtained. I was able to get an eye exam very quickly, and received some trial contact lenses to try out before committing to a specific style. I was contacted promptly and was always served courteously. I will definitely be coming back!

Glasses broke in the morning, did a search in my area and surprisingly found a 5 star reviewed optical shop with over 30 reviews. Went there in the afternoon despite so many other stores in the area just because of the 5 star review. It's definitely not a big store, but it's got everything you need. We were handled with a lot of care as customers by Muhib the optician. Found the perfect 2 pairs of frames for my big face (my broken glasses was 58-18-150, smaller frames on my face will have 2 arms stretched out looking real ugly). Got a very good deal for buying 2 pairs. Honestly this is one of my best customer experience in Canada. There is a reason for this store to have a perfect rating even with many reviews. Go on and check it out yourself.

I'm a huge fan of supporting local small businesses, and unfortunately I don't write enough reviews on them. But this one is definitely warranted. The location of SpecSense is perfect, as it is right in my neighbourhood! My amazing experience started right when I opened the front door and was greeted by Mo (owner of the store). He was warm and friendly, and genuinely cared about my optical needs. He wasn't pushy and really listened to my preferences. I was determined to find a Kate Spade pair, and I ended up getting one the perfect pair I loved. The selection of frames is great, and there is bound to be the perfect pair of glasses for anyone. Also, I love the design of the store. It's minimalistic and clean, yet so welcoming. You can tell there was a lot of passion and attention to detail incorporated into it. Additional side perks: - direct billing to insurance company - free coffee and beverages to enjoy at your leisure when you're browsing the frame collections - candy bowl - was given a pair of free contact trial lenses to wear when I was trying out frames I've been wearing glasses for many years, and I would say this is the best optical experience I've ever received. I would recommend SpecSense to anyone. Keep up the great work Mo!

I went to SpecSense last week to check out what they had with regards to prescription sunglasses. My initial thoughts of the store were as follows: The space and design of the store is beautifully done and the ambiance is modern. I was greeted by Muhib who pleasantly offered me a beverage and thanked me for visiting. Over the course of the next hour or so that passed by really quickly, we talked about my eye care needs and what would be the best possible solution for me to address them in an affordable manner. He even gave me advice on how I can combat dry eyes from staring at a computer all day at work. I didn't need an eye test as I had a recent prescription with me. Muhib was very professional and super friendly to deal with and helped me choose the RayBan Club-master sunglasses - I've had my eye on them for a while. The order was placed the same day(saturday) and by Thursday my prescription sunglasses were ready for pickup. Upon pickup Muhib made sure that the glasses fit my face perfectly. I would happily go back and have even referred his store to a few friends. Muhib was really easy to deal with and I felt no sense of pressure in making a purchase. Thanks Muhib for the exceptional service!

Exceptional service, great selection of eyeglasses. The optometrist is friendly and takes her time to thoroughly explains everything. Mo has been fantastic, very polite and knowledgeable about various types of progressive lenses. I left feeling amazing knowing I got the perfect pair of glasses. To top everything off it’s been 2 weeks since I picked up my glasses and I just got a courtesy call from Mo to follow up if I have adjusted to my new eyeglasses...talk about excellent after sales service! This guy is a real gem. When he advertises glasses at a great price, he does not try to sell you the designer brands. He is as good as his word. A wonderful selection of glass frames for all ages, personalities and budgets. Mo really takes time to understand what you need, and provides excellent customer service. I went there due to his 5 star rating. If I had an extra star I would give him a 6th star. Kind, helpful, knowledgeable, don't look anywhere else, go to Mo for all your ocular needs.

I wish I could give 6 stars to this place. Excellent service, great selection of glasses with great prices. The staff was very thorough with helping me pick out the pair of glasses which were right for me, and super helpful. The delivery of the glasses was very timely, and overall i was very impressed with the service. My only issue with this place is that they play the same 5 songs on repeat hahaha. Other than that this place is dope :)

Satisfied with the entire experience! Stumbled across the ad on Facebook, decided to go in to check them out. Was greeted by Mo who spent the next hour patiently showing me and my daughter many frames all of which were beautiful. Provided honest advice and feedback on each style. Both of us found the perfect pair. I never write reviews but am truly impressed by the professionalism and service that Mo provided. As all the other folks in the reviews mention this place is great and well deserving of 5-Stars! BTW I thought I'd add.... To put it simply: SERVICE, SERVICE, SERVICE. I was in need of new eyeglasses, noticed an ad on Facebook and found SpecSense. I’m not one to normally respond to ads but I sure am glad that I did. The clinic is beautifully designed, a very welcoming place. Mo is extremely patient and polite. When it comes to eyeglasses I can never find anything that suits me. He patiently spent almost an hour with me to help me find the perfect pair of eyeglasses. He even took care of handling all insurance billing directly. I returned to receive my eyeglasses a couple of days later, upon my return Mo remembered me by name and welcomed me back, patiently adjusted the eyeglasses to fit my face until they felt just perfect. Muhib, the optician was not only knowledgeable but also very patient and made sure that I would get the glasses suitable for me that is within my budget. In addition, he is accomodating and not intimidating in any sense which is a big plus for me. The store also offer great selection of frames to choose from. Happy with my new glasses.
