It's not often that a business goes above and beyond for you but this is one of them. After buying my new glasses I realized I had paid more than if I had bought them online but I was happy with them as I didn't have to look for glasses anymore. Then my prescription suddenly changed and Maria just happened to call me to see how they were. I assumed that there would be nothing they could do for me but when I mentioned the prescription change to Maria she told me about how Nikon has a policy where if your prescription changes in three months Nikon will give you new lenses. This saved me a lot of money. They also told me about a discount from Nikon on lenses for my prescription sunglasses which I needed. All in all Maria and her husband are amazing at what they do and honestly care if their customers are satisfied. You may pay a little more than you would if you bought them online but you would not get the same level of before, during or after purchase service as you would at Oracle. 10/10

I recently purchased sunglasses at Oracle Eyewear. Let me tell you. The staff is amazing. They are friendly, professional and honest when it comes to pricing and style. Husband and wife run store so it had that mom and pop feel. I highly recommend this location to anyone who's in the market for eyewear. Their optometrist was willing to work with my schedule and she was great too. I'm never purchasing eyewear anywhere else and thank you Oracle Eyewear for the great experience!

I went in with gift certificates worth $150 that I won in a raffle. Before I could even explain this I was drilled with questions about what I do if I have coverage. When I showed the gift certificates I was drilled again where I got them And was told I could only use one worth $50. Then I chose a glasses that advertised 10% off. He said don’t use the certificate and he will do me a favour and give me 10% off the glasses. Bruh, the glasses cost $800+!!! This place is over priced and a total scam!
