I had a great experience today with Vian. I came for my contacts order and to buy some glasses. Vian was honest with his opinion making me feel more comfortable and knew exactly what type of style of glasses that I wanted and gave some great suggestions (which I'm pretty sure I went with all of his choices). Overall I'd recommend anyone who is looking for a pair of glasses and ask for Vian if hes working!

I went to this company based on a friend's recommendation and research. Found an excellent variety of frames. Sadly, that's where my positive experience ends. This company advertises they have an in-house lab where you can get your glasses made in about an hour. Why then was I told 10-14 days and they're made in Scarborough? When I picked up my new glasses, I was disheartened by the lack of customer service to make sure the fit was good. Within 3 weeks of having my glasses, I've been back 4 times for adjustments. Each time the technician left their fingerprints on the lenses, and I had to ASK to have them cleaned. This is usually a complementary service offered without asking in other optical places. Oh, and I was told I would be telephoned 1 week after pickup, to make sure I was happy with my new glasses. No phone call to date, 3 weeks after the fact. Love the frames, but really not loving the service (or lack thereof). Very disappointed in this shopping experience.

The employee named Milica truly went above and beyond to help me and gave me a set of sample contacts in case they actually fell part during the weekend. She was so caring and understanding. This is what customer service should be like.

It was a great visit experience. Glasses have good quality and people are friendly. Their staff Vian helped me to select best-fit frame from number of options, we tried about 20 different styles. He also helped client with adjusting frame lower end shape to comfort wearing. They give little gift like glass cleaning spray set. Great experience and highly recommend.

Spent over an hour in the store to find sunglasses for prescription lenses. After I paid for them, I waited almost two weeks to get them. After 3 attempts wearing them I took them back and they informed me that some people cannot wear polarised lenses. They ordered another set of lenses. After another week or so I got the glasses and learned from the optometrist there that with a prescription like mine many people often cannot wear the curved/wrap-around style glasses. It would be nice if they bright that to my attention before wasting close to $500. It was at that point they informed that all sales are non-refundable. Then they tried to convince me to pick another pair of frames even after telling them I see nothing I like. In the end, I spent loads of my time and the money and got nothing for it! I strongly recommend get the documented condition of sales before you spend any money at 3 for 1 Glasses. Better still, find an optometrist with knowledgeable staff. Remember. If something is at a discount there is a price to pay there somewhere.

The best glasses experience that I’ve had, the pricing is great for what you get and the lenses are reasonable. Due to the pandemic getting an eye exam and new glasses is an awkward experience, but they made it easy and enjoyable. She organized my changes and when I asked her how much I owed she said nothing! My wife also, asked to add another pair of glasses to her earlier purchase of 2 pairs and Milica said "No Problem!" Three for one glasses has disappointed me three times. First, I asked them to order a particular pair of contacts for trials, they suggested an entirely different pair but told me they would order both. In the end, they only ordered the pair they suggested- perhaps a ploy to make more money on that sponsored brand? Recently two pairs of glasses have been damaged. The first was a pair I ordered approximately two years ago (my prescription has not changed) and in my own error I put them through the wash and they warped out of shape. There was nothing they could do- fine, they also didn’t offer any assistance or help to make up for my loss. Overall I was disappointed in the customer service. The most recent lack of customer service was the disrespect I received over a broken arm on a pair of glasses -which is probably easily fixed. When I went in asking if they could do anything the lady at the counter FIRST asked me my first and last name to check me in the system-ok they only help their previous customers fine? But respectfully listening to the issue should be the main priority. Irregardless, I’ve been in recently for contacts and my other glasses... disappointing that after 5 years of service and recent complaints I’m not recognized. Anyway, upon checking my glasses they told me that they’re ‘outdated and therefore not in stock’ and I can ‘pick out new frames that are currently in style’. I don’t care if they’re out of style, and I mentioned that. The sales lady further drove home the point that my glasses aren’t cool by replying ‘new styles are made every two years’. I will be taking my glasses in elsewhere to be repaired and you can be sure that myself, mother and brother who all get their prescription checked here and for years have gotten glasses here will not be coming back. Three for one thanks for the threefold disappointment!

I went to 3for1 glasses in Oakville, they refused to help me because I didn't purchase them at their location. I went to Next Optical. They didn't even ask where I purchased them. They just fixed them, no questions and no charge in 2 minutes. I'm giving them 5 stars.. 3for1 is getting 1 star

This is my second time buying glasses here. I go because 3 for 1 sounds like a hell of a deal. My only thing I would recommend improving on is not rushing clients. Both times the sales guys provided their opinions to me, which honestly don't matter. What matters is having the time to try on different options. Perhaps something different may look awesome. You never know. Last time the guy said the sunglasses I chose looked too big! Yet I felt fabulous in them. Its a long term decision and should be handled with more care. It doesn't matter what you think of them, only how the client feels wearing them. Thanks for the new shades!

We had an absolutely terrible experience at 3 for 1 glasses in Oakville!! This was, by far, the worst customer service that we have ever received. We went in because the arm of my glasses was loose and I wanted to get it fixed. I spoke with the sales person and asked if he could fix them. He proceeded to ask for my name which I gave to him. He started to look up my name in their files but I explained to him that I didn't purchase the glasses there, I just needed to get them fixed. He took my glasses to the back and came back a couple of minutes later and told me that my glasses were broken. When I looked at them, the lense was completely cracked! When I asked what had happened, he said that he couldn't deal with this and he stormed out of the store and refused to even speak with me and gave me attitude +++. This person should not deal with people as he is completely inept and unprofessional! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!!! We went to Hakim Optical after this and were treated extremely well and with complete professionalism. Stay away from 3 for 1 glasses!!!!

Went in two Saturday ago and was told they would come in that Wednesday because it was a rush. Went into the store Thrusday, a day after they said they would arrive. The glasses weren't there. No one contacted me about their location. The women working there said she would check where the glasses were right away and give an exact day that they would arrive. The store was completely empty so I have no clue what she did for the rest of the day. She never ended up calling back to tell a date. Had to call them on Monday again and they finally followed up and said it should be in tomorrow. They aren't honest about dates and poor customer service for not following up. Needed the glasses rushed which is why I went with them.

They charge $10 to get your glasses adjusted. Never heard of that before. I purchased all my eye glasses from Toronto downtown and because of covid they closed temporarily. But I know lens crafters have no issue doing this basic job for free!

Horrible!!!! Great price but horrible service! Just like I am shopping in a retail clothing store not a glasses store which i need to see with! After spending hundreds of dollars none of my glasses fit and after going back 5 separate times, they still dont fit! And now going back into the store to have my glasses readjusted I feel like I am just wasting their time. When i first picked up the glasses they were not even going to fit them to my head and they said they look great and away they left me. It wasnt even the optician who was helping (he was no where in site) just the retail store front staff, which they have no idea how to fit frames properly to you. Just very disappointed. Going to the Mississauaga location from now on and will tell ALL my friends the same thing. Dont be fooled by the price!

What I like most about 3 for 1 is that they live up to their warranty. I had a pair of sunglasses that were wearing too quickly but still under 1 year warranty.. Spoke to Vain in the Oakville store and was offered a no hassle full replacement. I ended up upgrading my sunglasses through the process. Would recommend them for service alone.

I highly recommend this place if you need glasses at a very decent price!! Their selection is great and the staff is really helpful and nice. They make you feel comfortable and don't pressure you at all. The optometrist, Dr Kunowski is also really nice, she genuinely cares about our eye sights and makes sure that we take good care of them. She is patient and great with the kids! If you need your eyes checked and new glasses, I would not go anywhere else. I have been to more than a few optometrists already and I'm sticking to this one. Now I dont usually ever write any reviews but I had to write something about this location. I first came here two years ago for three glasses, one sunglasses, one with blue protective lenses for the office and just a regular pair. I was so impressed with the price and just how good the frames looked and fit my face/look. Honestly I did not realize how helpful it is to have someone help me pick up my frames. I loved the sales rep Vian he keep coming with different choices that he recommended that worked for me they ended up being my favorite frames. I came in two years later for an eye exam and checked out a few frames at first I could not find exactly what I wanted and I was told to come back to look again. I came back and Vian helped me pick out three new pairs perfect for my look and my style one frame was very similar shapes to a favourite of mine I picked up the two years beforehand. Will be coming back again in a few years.

I have been raving about 3 for 1 Glasses to all of my coworkers for the last two years! I don't usually write reviews online, but I'm so happy with my purchases that I wanted to recommend 3 for 1 Glasses to everyone as well! I first heard about 3 for 1 Glasses from a friend and had visited their other locations, but found that the Oakville location had the best inventory (in terms of designer frames). Vian was the gentleman who assisted me with finding my frames and I'm so thankful that I came on a day that he was working! He was extremely patient and honest with helping me pick out the right pairs and did not once try to up-sell. I must have spent over an hour there on my first visit and he never once made me feel rushed. I was over the moon to get my glasses and have gotten so many compliments. All of my coworkers said they spent the same amount for only 1 pair at other optical stores, while I got 3! I have honestly referred at least 10 people to this location ever since haha!! After two years, I went in to get some new glasses last Sunday, and I was so happy to see that Vian was still working there. Once again, I spent quite a bit of time at their store and he happily gave me his full attention while assisting me pick out my frames. I would highly recommend going on a day where he's working - he was awesome to work with! Again, I was so happy with my purchases and went to work on Monday raving about this place haha! This store really is a hidden gem. If you're looking for designer frames, I would definitely recommend checking this place out :)

Over a month ago i went in to get a pair of glasses repaired and order a new pair of the same kind. They told me they couldn't repair them but they would replace them under warranty. I called today, twice and nobody answered so i left a voicemail but didn't hear back (red flag #1) so i called a few hours later to see if they're ready to be picked up. They answered and told me that the pairs i ordered were discontinued so i have to come in to order another new pair and wait a few more weeks for them to come in. I cannot be live how unprofessional they are about this!!! They didn't even call me to let me know that they were discontinued so now I'm left unable to see for at least three more weeks. Extremely unimpressed!!!!!

I came in to get my glasses and was quite unsure of where to begin. Vian the employee here helped me a lot by guiding me the right way and recommending solutions that were most suitable for me. I am so happy with my glasses and I've been getting a ton of compliments. Definitely going to recommend friends/family to visit 3 For 1 Glasses!

they have frames. all they need to do is get the lenses put into those frames in a reasonable amount of time. sadly they seem to want to blame covid for their own internal incompetence. was told it will take 2 weeks for a simple pair of reading glasses. 4 weeks later and they are still flinging around excuses blaming everyone else for why they can’t seem to get them ordered. if you don’t really need glasses then it might be a great place to shop. however if you want to get them on a timely manner then i’d look elsewhere.

Milika was so wonderful, professional and fast. We came in last minute, right before closing and we were served with a smile. The pricing was amazing and my husband walked away with 3 pairs with all the fixings for a steal. I'll be going back to get my glasses there. Highly recommend.
