I'm writing this review on my phone, wearing the fantastic glasses I got from Ami and Mike, and the prescription is perfect for reading at this distance. They patiently handed me pair upon pair of glasses until we found paper thin titanium frames light enough for my sensitive nose. What a wonderful range, and what an expertly made set of lenses! (And such lovely guys too).

I cannot express enough how awesome the customer service is here; they seem to actually enjoy interacting with the customers which is increasingly rare. I've mainly spoken with Mike but also talked to another gentleman at the store who was also friendly and polite. They are clearly focused on getting their customers products they will be happy with, not upselling useless extras. Never from them have I sensed impatience, annoyance, or a desire to sell me on something I wasn't interested in. It's incredibly refreshing to deal with actual human beings. I'd highly recommend this store over any of the many other optical stores I've visited in Victoria.

Ami went above and beyond in providing excellent service including trouble shooting and subsequently correcting an incorrect Rx I was provided. He retested my vision and re-ordered new lenses ensuring I was happy, and could see well!. Love my 2 new pairs of glasses. I'll be back. Great customer service and knowledgable staff.
