I recently had a new pair of progressive glasses made here. I have found that I may not be able to adjust to the way progressive lens work and just talked to Van at the Mayfair Bay Optical and was reassured that if I didn't get used to the way that the glasses distort shapes, they will be happy to have the glasses remade into either single prescription glasses or bifocal lens. I am very pleased that they will be so accommodating to my lack of success with this type of lenses.

Absolute fiasco from start to end! Only after not being able to see with my new glasses does the saleslady say they aren't good for reading or the computer! The exact reason I got progressives, then they free of charge redo them with slightly altered prescription....Of course they still dont work because according to her I needed the more expensive option. That is what I should of gotten in the beginning......but she NEVER told me that! This whole process has taken about 6 months....I finally just took the 2nd pair without argument or comment because she doesnt understand the concept of customer service...she just argues. Out 500$! ***Update very nice man called from company to say he will "make it right", that was a long time ago. Havent seen hide nor hair of him! ????????
