Lizel is AMAZING! I had such a great easy fun time picking out frames. She was very honest with helping me pick which one suited my face being a first-time glasses wearer and we shared many many laughs together. Not only that but they direct Bill and their prices are unbeatable.

Best price in town for Essilor lenses, one of the top rated lenses on the market. Also discounted my frames. Total price was $300 less than my Optometrist (Oak Bay Optical) for the same frames and lenses. Wide selection of frames to choose from. The team in the Douglas St. store are excellent. Very helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. My glasses were ready for pick-up in 3 days. I would certainly return and highly recommend this Company for the quality of the product they sell, the excellent prices, wonderful service and friendly staff.

Super friendly and helpful staff! The two ladies who helped me were great. I got a new pair of glasses for super cheap and they even adjusted my old pair that I got elsewhere. I tell everyone I know who needs glasses to go here. They even had a cute dog in!

Very Bad experience! Bought a frame but it was wrong color refused to change and when requested them to refund She said "No, because it is a heath issue".I have never heard such a stupid excuse. I took all my business from Hillside Mall. Gave them my Prescription Glasses, my wife Glasses and Lenses but now regretting because they are bad attitude and totally non professional! Please avoid.
