Not only did they have one in store, Morgan made an appointment for me TODAY, and not only fitted a new arm and adjusted the fit, she fixed the fit on another tricky pair. I left feeling happy and very relieved. I would give this store 6 stars if I could.

So thrilled with my experience here this week! Came in as a walk-in knowing nothing about eye-wear and every staff member was so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind! Trina made me feel like a rockstar and so comfortable trying on her great suggestions. The shop also felt covid safe and well spaced. Thank you for all your help!

I had a lovely experience picking out glasses. I called and told Steve what type of frames I was looking for, and he had all of the options set aside for me when I arrived! I had been to other stores in victoria looking for FL-41 lenses to treat my migraines, and they were unaware of what I was looking for. When I called Artsee Eyewear, not only did Steve know what I was looking for, he was very knowledgeable about the lenses and what options I had. Working in healthcare, I have a tendency to question additional options that are presented to me, but Steve handled all my questions with ease. If you’re looking for caring, knowledgeable staff, then this is a great place to get your new glasses.

Went to Broadmead location today, have been dreading buying glasses, walking around with prescription for 6 months. Turns out it was fun, Chrissy was amazing. I sat down, she brought selections to me that I would never have picked out and I loved them all!! Thanks for the exceptional customer service, so refreshing.
