If you're going to run an online store, maybe try tracking your stock. I purchased and paid for items online which were marked as having multiples in stock, only to be emailed later that they were unavailable.

Staff are clueless as to what they even have in stock, no idea what cost is on anything that isnt plainly labeled. Website shows stock of an item I was looking for. I was told yeah it might be here but they would be open if they are even here. No willingness to help find the product I was looking for. This will be my last visit to this store very tired of coming looking for items that are listed in stock to not be able to find them or have staff not willing to help me fond them.

Mostly has what I am looking for but too often for my liking they don't and their prices are higher than competitive stores in the city. But it's in a very convenient location for the Hammonds Plains Stillwater Lake Tantallon area.

This is hands down the worst hardware store I've ever been to. The lumber yard is a disaster (no prices, bad quality lumber, nothing labelled, yard staff knows nothing about anything). Everytime I walk in the front door there is a teenager/young adult at the cash register scrolling through their phone. The prices are much higher than other hardware stores. I bought a gallon of mastic at home depot for $21.99, Rona wanted $19.99 for a litre. The staff has been unable to effectively help me everytime I go there. I'm not sure how exactly this store is able to afford to keep the lights on. I guess someone is foolishly spending money here. Don't waste your time, just go to an actual hardware store. Did I mention the staff know nothing about anything?

Just terrible. Tried to return a pair of pliers (for a more expensive pair) and was condescended and spoken down to by a teenager with an attitude on the front desk. Been coming to this store and supporting local for years even though half of the time they don't have what I'm looking for. After this visit I won't be coming back. I hope it was worth your 25 dollars, Rona.

I gave this store a number of chances since it is close to where I live but the customer service there is by far the worst I have experienced in renovation supply stores. I will travel the extra half hour to go into bayers lake. I do not recommend this store.

Im not sure whats wrong with this store, its staff, or why RONA even lets it operate the way it does. The isles are always a mess, lifts all over the place. isles closed and never any staff to help. You have to move things piled in the isles to get to anything. Nobody knows anything when you ask.... its crazy. Today I went to the counter with a couple of big items and a bunch of little things. The lady on the cash rang everything in and I paid with credit as I did not have cash on me. I ask for a bag as she had all my items scattered on the counter. She replied bags are 5 cents. I said maybe you could have told me that prior to paying I had no idea ... She replies well would you like one, yes I would love to do a transaction on my visa for 5 cents.....jesus...

Just paid a little over $90 for 4 - 2"x6". That's bad enough but I showed the manager my quote from another supplier for the same material - $65 - and his response was my quote was 2 days expired. That's going to be one expensive $25.

This Rona was so helpful. They delivered drywall to me on a Saturday because I could not get time off work during the week. Peter the delivery man showed up on time with a smile on his face (not something you see a lot lately in delivery personel). Even though his truck was giving him some trouble he came because he promised he would. When he realized he would not be able to bring the drywall down my stairs himself because of a tight turn he immediately called one of the yard guys and Aaron came right up to help. I could not have been more impressed with their want to help. Thank you both for this personal touch

The outdoor yard and drive through lumber garage is very messy. Items on shelving and in yard weren't stored very well. Rona has signs around health and safety in the area but i don't feel like they practice it.

If I could give Rona Tantallon a 0 rating I would. This is a poorly managed store. The staff (mostly teenagers that could care less) have no idea where anything is. I was in the store twice last week and asked an employee where an item is, the employee responded that it may be in isle 10 or 11 if we have it and then the employee walks away. The following day I was in the lumber yard section to pick up six bags of crusher dust. The employee did not even budge to help me load it in my car. This happens all the time. I make a point to buy locally, especially in my neighborhood, but I will now make the trip to Bayers Lake to Kent or Home Depot and avoid Rona Tantallon all together.

Just left your store . I asked the two young men just inside the store if they had a water filter for my rv (I had my old one with me) . Their answer was " Don't know and the person who would know doesn't work on the weekends ". They also said I could see what is on the self and Google it to make sure ---- sad lot and no enthusiasm -- just putting in time.
