was really excited to see the sunglasses in this new store in Halifax, was coming to get 2 pairs actually. There was how to say that, a very angry employee today. I know it's frustrating with Covid and all, but if you're angry don't take it on your clients. you lost me, that's for sure. I know masks must be on at all times, for one mili second, i was adjusting my mask as the glasses was coming on it, and wanted to see how my face looks like before buying. I admit i was in the wrong, but the tone the employee took is what got me really disappointed and made me feel really awful. Also very disappointed the shop knows that when you buy sunglasses or glasses, you wanna see your whole face right? no alternatives exist to have a better experience trying glasses. Just saying that if you want people's money, you gotta meet them halfway. Covid is affecting EVERYONE, everyone is a victim. You can't have it all, and please give some training to that employee. Thank you.
