Employees taunt me when i visit over there. I was there to get treatment not to get taunts on my problems. If you guys are not treating other persons like a doctor and then feel them guilt of there body problem then please close your Miller optical

After 4 years of being told my eyes weren't changing, I didn't need a new script, take these vitamins for dry eye, etc, I knew something was off. I had the chance to have my eyes tested by Dr McGuinty and I finally felt heard. I nearly cried in the chair when he showed me my new script vs my old one. He also has a great sense of humour and has your health always in mind. He's upfront with what you need and don't need. He is helping me choose proper contacts as well, and the trials and refittings are included no matter how long it takes. I am a little sad I don't get to see him for my next fitting, but I'm sure the Dr I'll be seeing is just as fantastic. He even told me I didn't actually have the dry eye condition, just that between my allergies and screen time it was just a bit much for my eyes. I didn't need vitamins. When I went to choose some frames, I was super worried about cost. Nancy Lee helped me pick out a new frame that was completely in my budget. The frames were inexpensive but don't feel cheap.

Miller optical has been doing my eye care for 25 years. From previous Dr Buckley to today's Dr Wilson and McGinty. The doctors are fænomenal. I trust them 100%. However I do suggest taking the prestion elsewhere to be filled, the front staff isn't what it once was, and seems hard to replace. I feel the staff need further training in communication and sensitivity. There's absolutely no need of seniors and disabled being looked down upon as a waste of time, customers are customers not just $$$$ signs Nancy Lee. Dr's I wish you the very best in your careers.

A great addition to Bridgewater! The space is bright & airy. The staff seem lovely and the environment was casual. They have lots of choice in frames in affordable and designer options - and many to fit a smaller face size (not so easy to find.)

Our eye examination this week was a very satisfying experience. We felt very welcome from the time we entered the office until we left. The receptionist, the optometrist assistant and Dr Skinner were very professional and welcoming. A very positive experience.

I made an appointment for my husband, he had to take time off work, and travel from Chester to bridgewater for the appointment. While he was enroute they called and asked him if he wanted to reschedule his appointment which was for 11:15 (it was now 11:20) he was less than 5 Minutes away and they refused to take him. He made the appointment because he cannot see what he is reading and saw 11:45 not 11:15 on the paper I marked for him, he did not receive any appointment reminders and when I called them back they said oh, well we sent an email. We never got an email. He was refused even after he told them he would be there momentarily. He was at the door for appointment 15 minutes late. I can respect trying to keep appointments on a schedule but I’m very disappointed with the way this was handled.

It's half decent budget prices and that is all there is to it. Received only one pair of glasses in the day, was told I would be called once the pair I actually NEEDED was in. It came in the same day and I was given NO phone call whatsoever, and when I tried to call and ask if they'd stay a few minutes to give me my glasses, they brushed me off for after the weekend after I told them I needed them for my night shift job.. Unacceptable lack of communication and care for the customer. I'm basically just a pay cheque.

Here, they offer such an amazing service. I got the opportunity to chat with Heidi, one of the assistants as we did my tests; the staff here are so kind and so knowledgeable which to me is so important when running any sort of business. I really want to give Heidi and Amanda a big shout out because to me, having someone who is open to making connections with you while still providing the utmost service will have me continuing to support Miller Optometry. I would also recommend that if you’re looking to book some tests for your eyes, get it with Dr. Wilson as he is a very kind man, but also knows what he’s doing and I loved that I could ask questions about the things he was doing and it makes all the difference when they’re passionate about what they do and can give really informative answers.

I have been a patient of Miller Optometry since I have relocated to the South Shore in 2014. My experience has been nothing short of pleasant, courteous and professional. Recently, I have had the pleasure to be under Dr Skinners care, for some contact lenses fitting and adjustments. Her professionalism, friendly manner and warm smile (even through her Covid mask) make our appointments wonderful. Dr Skinner has also seen my children for eye exams; and has a wonderful rapport with children, creating a fun, yet relaxing environment. My experience with Miller Optometry was very positive starting with the friendly reception at my first phone call. On the day of my appointment I was greeted on time by Josh who efficiently performed the first series of tests before being passed to Dr. Lavandier. They were both happy to answer my queries regarding my eye health and treatment. At the end of assessments I was provided with prescriptions for both contacts and glasses by Ilona who who advised me on prices and availability which I found competitive. 'Thanks', to all the team.

Not impressed with the customer service . Called to get a quote on glasses , weren't really interested in giving me one until I explained I explained I was an hour away and wasn't going to drive to the office when a quote could be over the phone . Put on hold then passed to a surly technician who gave me a price of $190 for the lenses . I said oh great , they will be around $190 for the lenses , she curtly replied " not around $190 , they are $190 ". I asked if she would like the prescription information and then the price jumped to $445 . Most expensive price I was quoted . Won't be doing business here .
