Not at all a place to go for men's dress pants for slender men haha! Nothing under a 30" inseam! Good parking though, easy to get on and out of. Little choices for womens shoes size 5, which seems normal everywhere. Still, easy to shop, fast lines.

Me and my friends had a pleasant experience shopping at Marshalls chain lake drive. The staff were very friendly and always smiled which is something seen rarely, atleast by me in many other stores. The products were also decently priced and the rack arrangement were also neat. I would love to go again and again. Thanks Marshalls chain lake drive team for a good experience shopping.

Big store. But not so organized to find what you need. All products are outlet setup, but prices felt expensive for the available choices. The other branch is in Dartmouth is a little better on choices and available products. Not enough staff to re-organise the shoppers mess, and not many people to answer your questions. Choices for children is better than men or women clothing.

I found this location is convenient, good parking in front, but staff is a little busy and tries to avoid customers. Spent 15 minutes looking for someone to help me. The rest is fine, they had what I was looking for. Good spot for inexpensive clothes and some travelling things. They have maple tea and chocolate, handmade marshmallow and candies.

Good selection but the old British fitting room employee here is rude. Overheard the fitting room employee raising her voice at 2 older ladies as it was close to closing time. I mean, I understand the situation but come on, you're in customer service. There are nicer ways to tell someone to finish up their shopping.

Pretty similar to Winners, just a bit cheaper. Winners has become very expensive so it's nice to have Marshall's where you can still get good deals. The store doesn't feel as clean and well organized as the competition but still gets the job done. I like their food stuff and home wares a lot.

First visit to Marshalls, in a while. I love the spring and summer colours. There are always new items to look at and never a whole rack of the same thing. It was always one of my favourite shops for picking up nic-nacs for my home as well as well priced clothing for the family, when I was in the US, and love that it is now in Canada.

I always have such an excellent experience here. The store is cleaned, well stocked and has everything I’m looking for. I had a particular excellent experience here last weekend. I had recently come and purchased a few things was decided against a pair of shoes I had bought. When reaching the counter I realized that I had brought the wrong receipt. I was disappointed that I was going to have to go all the way home, and return later to make the return. However the manager was so helpful, she asked which register I had been on and was able to locate my receipt using that information. I was so grateful, she make my whole experience seamless.

Typical Marshalls store in Halifax. There is also one on Dartmouth Crossing but i was not there at Dartmouth crossing's Marshalls store. You buy what you want in this store like menswear or womens clothes also or toys for your preschooler or your grown-ups like PAW Patrol or even (i'm not sure they carry this, PJ Masks, etc.) But i still recommend this Marshalls store even if they open one in Bathurst NB on march 19th 2019 on north side of New Brunswick where i live me :) #lovemarshalls

Black Lives Matter

This store discriminates and racely profiles against black customers. Whenever me being a black woman or my black friends or relatives shop at this store we are constantly being followed and watched for no reason. We are all regular customers and pay for all our many purchases. We do NOT deserve to be treated this way. Spoke with management and if this happens again we will be filing a complaint with Nova Scotia Human Rights Commission.

Very poor return service!!! I bought a crystal candle holder as a gift last Thursday for a full price $19.99 plus tax and I didn’t wait to take the receipt when checking out. After I removed the label, I found two cracks on the holder, and brought it back to return. The store supervisor just wanted to return $14.99 because they have a down graded temperate one. We have a TJX card, but didn’t get registered yet (we don’t know how to register) and showed the bank statements. The store supervisor wouldn’t return the full price. Very poor service. Because the candle holder is defective, so I cannot give it as a gift and have to return it. A store cannot sell defective item at full price and refund less money for return. This item is not much money wealth, but it’s 25% of the amount less. Not acceptable!

Pretty big location. Selection seems to vary - some times are better than others but no obvious pattern. Modest shoe section. Almost no jewellery. Accepts winners and home sense gift cards. Ample parking.
